The nice luxurious furnished villa (280sq.m living area and 1200sq.m ray-grass and fruit trees garden) is situated in very quiet villa area called 'Trakata'. The villa is approx 800m distance from the Black Sea beach, 3km from Varna (500.000 inhabitants), 3km from the St. Konstantin resort and approx 12km from Golden Sands. All rooms look to east and south side (to the sea).

| Kitchen: | Two kitchens. One at the ground floor with stone fire place for meat, fish, pizza and one at the first floor. Washing machine, two fridges, one freezer, hob, dishwasher, every thing needed. |
| Utility Room: | Everything needed. |
| Living Rooms: | Two living rooms approx 30sq.m each, Sat TV, music, DVD, CD, wireless internet, large plasma flat TV, leather sofas (suitable for sleeping), books, dining table for 8 persons. Very luxurious and new. |
| Other: | Very large dining room at the ground floor for more then 14-15 persons with pizza fire place and kitchen. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen, towels provided per week for free. Cleaning is weekly for additional 50 euros. |

30km, very nice golf place (designed from Garry Player).
Special interest holidays
Tennis teaching for 10€ per hour. Wind surfing 20€ per hour.
Travel
Varna Airport is 10km away from the villa. Car is not recommended. The next bus station to the city of Varna, or to St. Konstantin, Golden Sands resort is 300m away from the villa.

To Varna are 4km.
Further details
Shopping mall and retaurants are 7 minutes by car, or bus.
Small food and beverage shops and pizza restaurant are very close to the villa (5`walking).
Booking notes
50% form the total payment in advance via bank transfer to my account. Once this is done, the villa will be blocked for the customer. The rest should be payed when the customer arrives in Varna. 300 euros damage deposit at the arriving day!
