This fully furnished luxury apartment is located on the exclusive new development of Privilege Fort Beach in the popular resort of Elenite. Located right on the beach, across from the ancient town of Nessebar, it is only a short distance from the bustling resort of Sunny Beach where you will find an Aquapark for the kids and adults alike, numerous shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. The Complex has a host of on-site facilities so you can relax and enjoy your holiday, restaurants, bars, pool with jacuzzi, river attraction, fitness centre, sauna, supermarket, kids' playgrounds, tennis/football courts,car-hire, currency exchange, medical centre, 24 hour security etc. Please note that a small charge is made for the hire of the sunbeds on he complex. It is very cheap to eat and drink in Bulgaria (Beer 50p, two course meal £4, ice cream/soft drinks 70p) so your money goes a long way compared to other destinations.

All towels (except beach towels) and linen are included. The property is cleaned before and after every visit. |

Outside
There is a communal swimming pool with jacuzzi, children's pool/play areas, river and aqua attraction, restaurants, bars, Irish ship bar, private beach, tennis courts, football pitch, fitness centre, sauna room, money exchange, rent a car, beautiful gardens and fixed seating areas. All facilities of the sister complex next door can also be used by guests.

Coast/Beach
There is a private beach on the complex about 50 yards walk from the apartment. About 1km along the beach you will find fish restaurants, bars and more beach areas.
Dolphins can also be spotted from the terrace! For those who wish to indulge in water sports the biggest beach resort in Bulgaria, Sunny Beach is only 12kms away and has 8km of sandy beaches to enjoy jet skiing, paragliding, wind surfing etc. It can be reached by bus or local taxi in about 10 minutes.
Golf
At the present time there are only three golf courses in Bulgaria: one at Elin Pelin, near the capital, Sofia, and two owned by Air Sofia. These are located at Ihtiman, opened in 2000, 40km from Sofia, and at Sliven, opened in 2004, 90km from the Black Sea.
Because of the increasingly rapid rise in foreign interest in Bulgaria recently, several more golf courses are proposed. One of these will be located at Razgrad, in the north-east, about 90km from the Black Sea. More are scheduled to open in the next few years: two at Kavarna and one at Primorsko, near Sozopol.
Mountain and ski areas will be represented by a golf course in the ski town of Bansko, and a very large golf complex between Kostenets and Borovets, the country's foremost ski resort. This is scheduled for 2007, the year of Bulgaria's entry into the European Union, and will be located at Dolna Banya, already near Bulgaria's first golf course at Ihtiman.
Travel
Bourgas is the nearest Airport to Elenite and is about 23km or 30 minute drive from the complex. It accommodates flights from 22 UK Airports.

Distances
The beautiful picturesque village of St Vlas is less than 5 mins away by bus or taxi and has narrow winding streets with restaurants, shops and bars.
Sunny Beach is 12km and can be reached easily by bus or taxi it is the largest beach resort in Bulgaria and has 8km of sandy beaches and great nightlife. Further round the coast you will come to the ancient town of Nessebar which dates back some 2500 years. The old and new towns are full of life, a must see location by bus/boat from Sunny Beach.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit (non refundable) is payable at the time of booking. The remainder is payable 8 weeks prior to departure, unless it is less than 8 weeks prior to departure when the full amount is due on booking.
A £75 security deposit is required with the final payment to cover any breakages and will be refunded upon your return minus any costs incurred.
