The villa and resort facilities are suitable for couples and families. No smoking is allowed in the villa.
Outside
The villa has its own off road parking and is surrounded by private gardens. The 30 sq/mtr private pool is surrounded by paved and grassed terrace areas with luxury quality garden furniture available. The Vineyards resort is well serviced and maintained.
Coast/Beach
The Black Sea - 2km, 2 min drive to local beach.
Ravda beach - 3km, 4 min drive.
Sunny Beach - very lively sandy beach resort, bars and restaurants - 9km, 10 min drive/bus.
Nessebar (UNESCO world heritage site) - 7km, 10 min drive/bus.
2 Water parks - 6m, 10 min drive/bus.
Pomorie - 6km, 10 min drive, seaside resort famous for 'mudbath' spas.

Travel
Bourgas airport 15km, 20 mins drive. Varna Airport 1.5 hours away. Local English taxi driver can be arranged for airport transfers and other journeys at additional cost. Car hire is not essential but can be arranged via the resort. Very good regular and reliable bus service available outside resort.
Distances
Aheloy village - 2km, 3 min drive for shops and supermarkets.
Kableshkovo - 4km, 5 mins drive, twice weekly traditional local market.
Bourgas - 15km large busy city with shopping, picturesque 'Sea Gardens', beach, bus and rail main transfer.
Sozopol - 20km, 1 hours drive, fascinating old historical fishing/artistic and cultural village that hosts outside theatre events.
Further details
English speaking customer services on-site is available for booking a wide variety of trips, advice on local amenities, bars, restaurants, car hire, taxis, doctor and other emergencies, cot hire etc.
The shop on-site sells basic fresh and frozen provisions, ice, beers, wines etc. For a longer stay we recommend you take the local taxi to do a big shop at a nearby supermarket.
Booking notes
Booking via £100 non refundable deposit. Balance due no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. You can provisionally reserve the villa for a period of 7 days to organise flights and for the required deposit to arrive. After 7 days the villa will be made re-available if the deposit has not been received.
Security deposit required before arrival - full refunded after departure subject to no breakages or damage.

About the owner
Hi, we are a lively busy middle aged English couple who have holidayed abroad a great deal with our 2 sons (now grown up). We bought Maple Villa at Vineyards because the quality villa has everything we need ,is so relaxing and peaceful at our poolside with fantastic views but if you want some company then just wander up to the 2 lovely pools, restaurant and bar areas. Each time we have been the sunshine has been hot enough to sunbathe and swim but not unbearable like in some countries. As we like a mixture of beach and culture we often take the local bus or on-site taxi to get out and visit other places were you can get a taste of unspoilt Bulgaria and the currency "LEV" goes a very long way compered to others! Hope you are tempted to visit.
