Marina View is located 2 minutes from a lovely sandy beach in the resort of Elenite which is a 2 minute bus or taxi ride from the small town of St Vlas where there are many bars and restaurants and a fabulous new marina with many trendy bars and restaurants. There are shops and ATM's in St Vlas and it is quieter than Sunny Beach and more appealing to families and couples. The apartment is on the first floor and has a stunning sea view and view across to one of the swimming pools on site. The apartment is only a 10 minute bus or taxi ride from the popular resort of Sunny Beach with many restaurants, bars and discos. There is a local bus stop just outside the complex and the complex also runs it's own bus service frequently to St Vlas and Sunny Beach. A bus journey of 20 minutes will take you to the lovely resort of Nessebar with its traditional cobbled streets where there are many fish restaurants. The complex has a restaurant on site and an internet cafe and shops, hairdressers.

| Utility Room: | We do not have a washing machine in the apartment, all linen is provided and laundered at no extra cost. Our Property Manager will provide an extra laundry service if required. |

All towels (except beach towels) are provided and all linen is provided. The apartment is cleaned before each visit and cleaned and fresh towels and linen provided each week. This is included in the price of the holiday. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air conditioned both in the bedroom and living room. There is 24 hour security on site and parking. The complex is great for children as there are 2 large pools and several small pools and play areas with swings and climbing frames. Our Property Managers can provide transport from and to the airport and are available for any assistance and booking trips. Travel cots and high chairs can be provided on request and welcome packs are available.
Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the first floor and there is a lift to all floors. There is a frequent bus service and a taxi office situated on the complex. There are no steep hills or climbs on the complex.
Outside
The complex is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has 2 large pools and 2 smaller pools suitable for children.
There is also an internet cafe, hairdressers, money exchange, shops, car hire and crazy golf. There is a restaurant on site and a bar. All facilities can be used at the sister complex situated directly next door. Facilities also include a tennis court.
Coast/Beach
There is a beautiful large clean sandy beach situated a 2 minute walk away from the complex. Sea is calm and suitable for children. There is also a large sandy beach at St Vlas, the beach is gloriously clean and the sea inviting. There is also a gorgeous marina at St Vlas with many fabulous bars and restaurants. The marina is a good place to relax and watch the world go by. Sunny Beach is a 10 minutes away and is the Black Sea's largest resort with a huge beach. The resort caters for all people.
Golf
Due to the rise in foreign interest in Bulgaria, there are proposals to build several new golf courses. There is a course at Sliven which is 90km from the Black Sea coast. There are plans to open courses at Kavarna and also at Primorsko near Sozopol.
Travel
The nearest airport is Bourgas which is 25 kms away. Transfer time is 25 minutes. We can provide transfers with our Property Managers. There is also an airport at Varna which is 90 kms away and the transfer time is 90 minutes. Several airlines now fly to Bulgaria and we can supply details on request.
Distances
The nearest village is St Vlas which is a 5 minute bus or taxi journey. St Vlas has lots of restaurants and shops and bars and a lovely marina. St Vlas is quieter than Sunny Beach and is suitable for families and couples. Sunny Beach is the Black Sea's largest resort and has a fantastic 8km long Blue Flag sandy beach. Sunny Beach has many restaurants, shops bars and lively nightlife and caters for every type of holiday and age group.
Lovely Nessebar is situated just further round the coast.

Booking notes
A booking form will be sent on request. A 25% deposit is taken to secure the booking unless it is less than 8 weeks prior to departure when the full amount will be payable. Payment to be made in UK pounds. Details will be confirmed with the booking form.
