Apartment is located between Ravda and Nessebar. There is a large pool including children’s area. The apartment is only two minutes walk away from the nearest beach where you will find restaurants and bars. 15-20 minutes walk to the historical town of Old Nessebar. There is also easy access to the bustling resort of sunny beach and Bourgas for the airport and railway station.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, air conditioning and large balcony with table and chairs. Double sofa bed located in lounge. Also fold up guest bed available. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom is complete with shower, WC, wash basin and boiler for hot water. |
| Kitchen: | There is a fully fitted kitchen at one end of the lounge. It has a hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. All crockery and utensils you will need are provided. |
| Living Rooms: | There is a spacious lounge with three seater sofa, comfortable chair, dining table and chairs, coffee table, TV, CD and radio. The lounge is also air conditioned and has a large balcony with pool view. The balcony again is equipped with table and chairs. |

All towels and bed linen are included in price. There is a weekly maid service and towel change as well as a thorough clean at the end of your stay. All included in your rental charge. |

Notes on accommodation
Bedroom and lounge both have heating/air conditioning units. The apartment has secure balconies and is safe for children but must be supervised by parents. Children’s cots are available on request. Welcome pack is available at extra cost - please contact owners. No smoking in the apartment.
Accessibility
The apartment is located on the first floor and only accessible by stairs (no lift), therefore may not be suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The apartment has a large shared pool with use of sun loungers and parasols (May-October only). There is a separate children’s pool. There are gardens and a shady grassed area. The block is covered by 24 hour security for your peace of mind. There is also spacious car parking if you wish to hire a car.
Coast/Beach
There are two small sandy beaches located approx 2 minutes walk away from the apartment. the larger beaches of Ravda and Nessebar south are around another five minute walk. Here you will find sunbeds, parasols and water sports. Also many restaurants and bars dotted along the beaches. A ten minute bus ride will take you to the lively resort of sunny beach where you will find a large beach and all the attractions you would expect from a bustling resort.
Travel
Bourgas airport, railway and ferry are approx 20km from the apartment. Taxis are available at the airport and we can arrange airport transfers at an extra cost. You can easily hire a car but not really necessary as there is plenty of cheap local travel.
Distances
The village of Ravda is about one mile from the apartment as is the world heritage town of Nessebar. With its many historical sites. Sunny beach as already stated is approx three miles away.
Further details
There is a supermarket and local bakery close by along with restaurants and bars. There are money changing facilities in Nessebar and Sunny Beach. One water park five minutes taxi ride from apartment and another in sunny beach. Buses go to Bourgas and sunny beach every 20 minutes. Bus stop located on main road near to apartment block. Taxis are also readily available and cheap if you agree the fare. Recommended is the ferry from Nessebar to sunny beach or the little land train between the two resorts.
Booking notes
Deposit will be required at time of booking; with balance along with refundable breakage deposit being due six weeks prior to departure. There is to be no smoking or pets in apartment. Bookings are accepted from couples or families only.
