Brand new villa-first let in 2009, the villa is on a complex with three others with a shared pool. The villa is located in a small Bulgarian village designed and built to give a fantastic holiday for all guests. The villa is a few minutes walk from the local supermarket, there is a local bar very close as well. The whole complex is managed professionally by a local company. You will find the villa clean and prepared for your stay. Towels and bedlinen are changed weekly. The pool is cleaned and gardens kept in top condition.

Notes on accommodation
On your arrival you will find a file with useful information consisting of local tourist attractions, supermarkets, bars and directions. There will be also taxi numbers and emergency contact details. There is also a safe in the house for keeping valuables. The house is fully alarmed and the code will be provided nearer the time. I will provide the code for the safe.
Accessibility
The villa is very accessible and is all on one level apart from the sun terrace. You will need a car though I can arrange this if needed. The villa is in a very quiet and safe village making it perfect for families with small children.
Outside
The villa is surrounded by perfectly maintained gardens.there is a patio area with table and chairs. There is a shared swimming pool to cool off in. Sunbeds and chairs are provided. The sun is on the pool all day. If you decide to hire a car there is a large gated area to park in.
Coast/Beach
You are about a 10 minute drive from 2 local beaches - Kamchia and Veteran. A 15 minute drive from Varna, a tourist beach. You are a 30 minute drive from golden sands. 40 minute drive from Albena the nicest beach on the Black Sea coast!
Golf
Golf courses are one of the new attractions on the Black Sea Coast. The villa is located about a 40 minute drive from them.
Special interest holidays
I know a dentist in Varna very well where treatment is about a third of the price of the uk if you require treatment let me know he speaks perfect english and this and be tied in with your stay.
Travel
Nearest airport Varna 20 minute drive. Bourgas airport 1 and half hour drive.
If you need any help with flights just ask, I find Wizz Air the best out of Luton this is all year round. Car hire is advisable and essential. Although there is small shops and bars in the village a car is a must for your holiday Bulgaria and the Varna area has a lot to offer with just a short drive there is much to see and do.

The villa is situated within a 40 minute drive of 5 resorts.
12kms to Varna 20 levs in a taxi £8.
Further details
There are other villages with shops, bars and restaurants within a 5 min drive. You can go into Varna where you will find bars, restaurant, nightclubs and entertainment. There is go karting and water park not too far away. Bulgaria has something to offer for everyone and you are not too far away from it at any time. You can eat out at one of many restaurants where you can get a 3 course meal and drinks for less than £10 which is great value. If you require a welcome pack on arrival this can be arranged for a small fee of £20. If there is a bigger group of you wanting to go on holiday I can arrange further accommodation in one of the villas.
