The house is truly remarkable - from the outside it is a very traditional Bulgarian home, but, the second you step into this stunning property you are transported into a world of luxury…. It is one of the most modern homes in Bulgaria, from designer sofas to an exquisite fully-equipped kitchen, vaulted beamed ceilings, and that just the start of it. It boasts 3 good size bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), a games room and a fab private swimming pool with adjoining children’s pool. The list of facilities offered is extensive whether wanting to BBQ, play in the pool or simply relax with a book or watch the farmers move donkeys and goats round the village!

| Bedrooms: | Three bedrooms - two with kingsize double beds, one with a normal size double bed. The kingsize beds are particularly enormous! |

| Utility Room: | There is a Casio keyboard for the musically minded and alot of beach balls etc to play with in the pool. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is the centre of the house - a huge L shaped open plan area with exposed beams and a roof like a barn and just as high. There is a TV / DVD / VHS / Satellite / Playstation2 and a substantial kitchen. |
| Other: | The basement room (the original 150 yr old cottage the rest of the house has being built on) has a large open fire and a dartboard. |

Towels and linen are included and the house is cleaned properly/linen changed once a week. |

Outside
The pool is approx 30' X 12' and also has a small kids pool. There are copious sun loungers, chairs and tables and a large sun umbrella. Its entirely private and secluded.
Coast/Beach
Varna's beach is approx 25 minutes drive...35-45 minutes drive will take you to the two resorts Albena (recommended) and Golden Sands, both very friendly resorts with the usual sorts of entertainment.
Travel
Varna airport is literally 15-20 minutes drive. Bourgas airport is a couple of hours. Car hire is strongly advised for making the most of your holiday, however you could simply hole up at the villa and use the village shop for simple purchases!
Distances
Varna is 25 minutes away and numerous other attractions along the coast are easily reachable within an hour or so.
Further details
Varna is a great small city, very easy to get to know. There is a great museum and other centres of culture as well as a vibrant nightlife and many chic clothing boutiques in the city centre.
