'Villa Tereza' is located only a 30 minute drive from Varna Airport and a 10 minute drive from the main beach resort of Golden Sands. This fully air conditioned Villa has Wheelchair access to the whole ground floor and is set in a private peaceful location. Locally there is plenty to enjoy for the whole family, such as beaches, shopping, restaurants, bars and clubs. There are 3 brand new golf courses all within a 10 minute drive and Albena has horse riding, diving, fitness centres, paragliding and much more. There is space for cars inside the private gated community with 2 pools. Bulgaria has something for everyone to enjoy and I'm sure you will enjoy it too.

Will negotiate prices for winter visits which is a great time for cheap quality shopping.
Changeover day
Usually Saturday check in at 15.00 check out 11.00am however this can be negotiated during quiet periods.

Villa Tereza is an ideal family location with a small swimming pool for young children. Set within a gated community, it adds that extra peace of mind for all parents/carers. Enjoy evening meals with outdoor seating and a barbecue. Also a favourite for groups of friends who may want to enjoy some of the beautiful nature walks in the area., enjoy the lively night scene or sample some action packed water sports or paragliding.

Accessibility
The whole downstairs of Villa Tereza is Wheelchair accessible. This will give access to a shower room, toilet, outdoor private patio area, a bedroom and also the pool area. There are also handrails on the stairs to the first floor and a separate ramp to the entrance of the Villa.
Outside
The grounds are gated and have a large swimming pool and also a childrens pool. A beautiful landscaped garden, barbeque area, private patio area, children's play areas, car parking spaces and patio table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
Golden Sands: Main beach resort,with beautiful beaches, crystal blue sea. Dozens of restaurants, shops, great clubs and bars. At the children’s sports centers they can ride ponies or do archery. There is also a Slalom slide, mini golf, computer and electronic games, children’s railways, inflatable castles, Rolba slide and water toboggans. 10 min or 19km away. Balchik village: Botanical gardens or 'Marina city' a newly developed harbour. 10 min or 19km away. Albena beach resort: 5km.
Golf
3 newly developed golf courses only 15km away (10 minute drive).
Travel
Varna airport is only 30km from Villa Tereza. Car hire is readily available and reasonably priced approx 20 Euro per day. Also for those who just want to relax local Taxis are available again at a reasonable price.

4 local shops (5 min walk).
1 local retaurant (5 min walk).
1 local bar with restaurant, Wii fi, pool and library (5 min walk).
Supermarket (24 hours, 10 Min by car).
The main city is Varna which is approx 30km but also another favourite where you will find plenty to do is Dobrich also 30km.
There are 3 main resorts, Golden Sands, Balchik and Albena all within a 10 min drive. (10km)
Booking notes
Contact Jacque (UK) on 07725 560 929 to arrange a booking. We require a minimum of 50% of the package price per deposit. Deposits can be paid direct by Bacs or by cheque (deposit only considered paid once funds have cleared). Balance must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date, including an additional £200 damage deposit. Refund once you have completed your stay and the villa has been inspected. Check in on arrival 15.00 depart 11.00am (Owner will negotiate during quiet periods).
