This newly built villa is situated in the beautiful area of Alen Mak. It has wonderful sea views from all 6 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony. The villa enjoys a large private swimming pool, a sauna, a gym, a large pool table, table tennis and a poker table. It has remote controlled air-conditioners throughout. The beautiful Kabakum beach is a short 10 minute walk away and the resort of Golden Sands isn't much further. The nearest shops and restaurants are a 2 minute stroll away. Close by is a bus station where you can take a bus into Golden Sands Resort or Varna Centre. Although catching a taxi into Golden Sands should only set you back a few euros.

Changeover day
Preferred change over day is Saturday but we can be flexible depending on bookings from other guests. Arrivals after 2pm and departures before 10am for the purpose of cleaning the property. On some occasions we can also be flexible with these times.

The villa enjoys an enclosed garden with a private swimming pool (8x4metres) with loungers, chairs and tables.
Coast/Beach
We are lucky to have Kabakum beach just a 10 minute walk away. This beach is one of the cleanest around Varna and is surrounded by shops and restaurants.
Travel
Varna Airport is a 20 minutes drive away from the villa.
Distances
Varna centre is 15 minutes by car or bus. A bus can be taken from the Alen Mak bus station which is less than 5 minutes walk from the villa.
Further details
There are restaurants, shops and bowling within 5 minutes walking distance from the villa. There are a number of shopping centres a short drive or bus ride away, one with cinema, snooker/pool hall, a roller skating rink, amusements hall, restaurants and much more.
Booking notes
Deposit of 50% of the total price is required to confirm booking. The other 50% will be payable before 8 weeks prior to arrival.

About the owner
We are a family from UK who love Bulgaria so much we decided to build our own holiday villa there so that we can enjoy it year after year.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We decided to buy in Bulgaria because after a holiday there some years ago all of our family fell in love with the Country. We loved Varna and Alen Mak from the start.
We built this villa from scratch after very carefully choosing its location and it was completed in April 2009. We love it so much because of its wonderful sea views and the friendly locals. It is situated close enough to all the attractions but not too close so you can enjoy the quiet relaxing atmosphere of the villa zone and its residents. The closest restaurants and shops are a 2 minute walk away and the beach isn't much further. Alen Mak is situated in between Golden Sands Resort and St Constantine Resort which are both quite different experiences.
Unique benefits of the property
When staying at our villa we can enjoy so much without even leaving the grounds. Firstly there is the large swimming pool and the sun loungers, the barbecue, the patio area, the terraces with the stunning sea views. Then there is the pool table, the gym, table tennis, the sauna,the poker table and satellite with LCD TV.
There are air conditioners in all rooms to keep nice and cool on a hot evening.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking disance and of course there is the lovely restaurant on the beach with its friendly staff and surrounding bars. The bus station and taxi rank are a 2 minute walk away from the villa so we can reach all the great places without much effort if we choose to go further a field.
