The villa is located in a typical Bulgarian village designed and built to ensure a perfect holiday for all guests. The villa consists of three bedrooms – one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with two double beds. Additional bathroom also available. The kitchen is fully equipped – you will find there also a washing machine and an espresso maker. Sat-TV installed in the villa - you will watch a full Movie and Entertainment package. The villa is perfect for families with children, couples and for all those who want to enjoy a holiday away from the mass tourism. The villas are managed professionally by a local company. You will find the house clean and prepared for your stay. You will receive fresh linen and towels 1x weekly. The pool and the garden are maintained daily.

The villa is located in the village of Bryastovets. The village is small, peaceful and tranquil - a perfect location for a family holiday. Within walking distance < 300 m:

It is a nice and quick drive to the city of Bourgas. The distance from the villas to Bourgas is 19 km only. You will find several large supermarkets like Metro/Makro and Carrefour at the very beginning of the city. These supermarkets are easy to find and give holidaymakers the opportunity to stock up with food and drinks for a whole week.
Nessebar & Sunny Beach:
The probably best known Bulgarian Seaside resorts. The old quarter of Nessebar linked to the mainland by a narrow neck of land is included in the list of monuments of the world cultural and natural heritage compiled at UNESCO. It is a gorgeous place to visit with outstanding fish restaurants (must visit). Nessebar is linked to Sunny Beach by a short strip of sand dunes (protected as natural reserve).
Our tip:
The two water parks in Sunny Beach and Nessebar. Kids love them and mamma and papa will be happy too.
