Stunning 4 bedroom modern villa (sleeps 10) with pool surrounded by a lavender edged terrace and up to BBQ area with tables and chairs. On the first floor is a large open plan kitchen, dining, sitting room, with one huge sofa and 2 large sofa beds, tv, glass dining table with ivory leather chairs, fully fitted kitchen, through double doors to a lovely terrace with more sofas and a table. The views are seriously great. (on this floor there is also a loo). 3 of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, 2 twins sharing a house bathroom with shower over the bath, and a double en-suite. All these rooms have french doors to the terrace. On the top floor we have the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and there is a door leading to another terrace with a large jacuzzi, here the views are truly breathtaking. There is also a door leading from the top of the stairs on to the terrace. Marble floors throughout, fully air-conditioned.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 and 2 are twin rooms and share the house bathroom with bath and shower over. Bedroom 3 is a double with en-suite. The master bedroom also has its own bathroom. There are sofa beds in the sitting room, a wc and wash hand basin next door. |

Notes on accommodation
There is full air-conditioning throughout Villa Magdalen. The 3 bedrooms on the ground floor all have doors which take you on to the outside terrace, swimming pool and BBQ terrace. There are outside steps form the kitchen/dining/sitting/1st floor terrace to the garden, pool and BBQ area. There as plenty of parking for at least 2 cars. The road up to the villa is a bit bumpy.
Outside
In the garden there is a grassed area and a terraced area. Around the swimming pool is all paved with 10 sun loungers and a couple of steps up to the BBQ terrace, with specially built BBQ and plenty of table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
There is a little beach at Fishfish, below Goldenfish, which is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minute drive, only 1km from the pretty fishing town of Balchik and new marina, good local shops/markets great bars and restaurant. Close to (5km) the beautiful resort of Albena, 2nd biggest beach (6km long) on the Black Sea Coast.
Golf
Within 10km there are three major golf courses, are all new and exceptionally well made, there are salons and spas for the non-golfers. The Black Sea Rama clubhouse is by the 18th green and is prominently situated on the cliff tops with beautiful panoramic sea views and great food (which is not expensive). This is a Garry Player designed golf course. Thracian Cliffs is also an 18 hole, designed by Garry Player, golf course set on 164 acres of wild scenic Black Sea cliff terrain. The lighthouse golf and spa is designed by Ian Woosnam and is also 18 holes.

We're having an absolute blast out here! Every muscle is sore, we've been skiing like mad all day every day, we've found some amazing little off piste bits, and have our own little route underneath chair lifts, i actually skied into a tree today which was rather embarrassing as there were people on the chairlift laughing at me! Then proceeded to be stuck on the ground as i couldnt get my skis out of the snow for a while whilst my friend trudged over to yank them out! Very funny indeed. Everyone is so friendly out here, we cant believe it - also the prices! Crikey, we'll never go to france again at this rate! We've made a few aussie friends, and some new zealand ones too (rather good looking ones. . . ). Nightlife is great too. We just didnt expect all this! Had to buy suncream yesterday as the weather is as though its easter time. All in all having a complete ball, and thank you sooooooo much for letting us stay here! Will ring when im back in england xxxx
