The Vineyards is a gated community, safe for children and where you can enjoy a totally enclosed environment. It includes hotel, bars, gym, spa, restaurants, along with the two outdoor pools (one with a swim up bar). Sunny Beach, full of vibrant day and night life, offers something for everyone: sand, sea, bars, clubbing, foods of all kinds and a casino. You are only limited by your imagination! A shuttle service is intended (not confirmed) to and from Sunny Beach and is expected to operate every 20 minutes, and should take no more than 10 minutes to travel. Old Nessebar with its cobbled streets shops, restaurants, old historic buildings is very well worth a visit and only 5 minutes by car. If you dont want the noise and he hubhub of Sunny Beach then there is another much quieter beach just 5 minutes away by car.

Notes on prices
The Vineyards are open all the year round, but in the winter months on a low key basis only.
The seafronts tend to be totally shut down during the winter months.
£150 non-refundable deposit is payable when booking and balance is due in full 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not made as detailed above.
A refundable security deposit £150 will also be required.

Changeover day
Arrivals and departures are generally Saturdays, but because of the situation with flights we are willing to take this into consideration. Properties must be vacated by 1000hrs on day of departure to allow cleaning for new arrivals at 1400hrs.

A mixture of singles and doubles, two bedrooms with en-suites and a family bath/shower room on the ground floor.
The ground floor living accommodation is open plan with a very bright and happy feel to it to include, the kitchen and Dining area as well.
Bedroom 3 is situated on the ground floor. this property can sleep a max of 8 people to include the lounge sofa bed. We can put you in touch with someone for airport transport to and from the properties.

Fully air-conditioned, first floor split level en-suite apartment with its own balcony with views overlooking the main pools and the Hotel. It has comfortable lounge leading onto the open plan kitchen/dining area. Max 2 adult + 2 children with use of the lounge sofa bed. We can put you in touch with someone for airport transport to and from the properties.

Fully air conditioned, Third floor apartment, served by a lift, overlooking the countryside from its staggered balcony and has distant views of the sea. The lounge, dining and kitchen areas are all laid to open plan. Max 2 adult 2 children with use of the loungesofa bed.

 


Accessibility
Parking space for 1 car immediately outside the villa.
We regret that the Vineyards is not wheelchair friendly.

Outside
The villa has its own infinity pool. Patio furniture is provided for extra outdoor comfort whilst a brick built charcoal barbeque adds to your culinary fun.

Coast/Beach
There should be a public bus every twenty minutes to and from fabulous buzzing Sunny Beach which should be no more then 10 minutes drive away - traffic permitting. You can spend the whole day walking along the ever changing promenades of Sunny Beach, top up your tan on the silky golden sands, play volley ball if your energy levels are high, sip coffee in one of the many restaurants or bars or quench your thirst with a cocktail or cold beer or just help your children to have fun.

Travel
Direct flights to both Bourgas in the summer from most main cities in UK via charter airlines and Varna all year by main carriers, with Bourgas airport is 20 minutes drive and Varna 1 1/2 hour drive. We can introduce you to English people who arrange Airport Transfers between the Vineyards and Varna / Bourgas.

Distances
Sunny Beach is a 10 minute by car. Nessebar 5 minutes by car. Local beach 5 minutes by car. Aqua Park 5 minutes by car.

Booking notes
25% non refundable booking deposit required with booking and full payment 8 weeks before arrival. A £150 refundable Security deposit is also required on final payment against any loss or damage to the property or items within. Please note that no reminders are sent so you must ensure to note the timings in your diaries. We regret that we do not accept bookings for stag or hen parties.
