Luxury 1 bedroom contemporary 2nd floor apartments. Fantastic location, next to the 5 star Hotel Riu Helena Sands in the more exclusive area of Sunny Beach. All apartments have sunny balconies overlooking the communal pool and have panoramic views across Sunny Beach/Nessebar Bay to the front, mountains and greenery to the back. Air-conditioned for your comfort in the hotter months. There is a lift to all floors, 24 hour security for your peace of mind. Bar, restaurant, shop, fitness centre, sauna and masseur on site. There are sun loungers & parasols around the communal pool. There is a children's section in the pool. The sandy beach is a wonderful Blue Flag beach with many water sports available. The ancient town of Nessebar can be reached by bus or boat which takes about 20 minutes. Bourgas airport, 30 minutes. Available to rent as individual units, our apartments are next door to each other allowing 3 family units to have a lovely holiday together.

The apartment will be cleaned before arrival. Any further cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.

Outside
There are sun loungers and parasols available, free of charge, around the communal pool. 3 steps from the pool take you directly on to the sandy beach. Bliss!

Coast/Beach
3 steps from the pool lead you on to the sandy beach where you can hire sun loungers and parasols. Sunny Beach is a Blue flag beach and many water sports are available.

Travel
Bourgas Airport 30 minutes.
Varna Airport 1 hour 30 minutes.
Taxis and car hire are available at the airport.

Distances
The apartment is located directly on the beach only a fifteen minute walk from the heart of Sunny Beach along a beautiful promenade (bars and restaurants are located all the way along the front). The ancient town of Nessebar is a 20 minute bus or boat trip. Taxis are available and buses are frequent (bus stop only two minutes walk).

Further details
Sunny Beach is Bulgaria's most popular tourist destination and has many supermarkets, banks, cafes and restaurants. The centre of Sunny Beach has a bustling nightlife with bars and nightclubs. Outdoor parking lot.

Booking notes
£100 deposit due to reserve an apartment (non refundable). Balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A £150 damage deposit is due with the final payment which is fully refundable after departure once the apartment has been inspected.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Sunny Beach was an obvious choice for us to purchase holiday property due to there being so much to do in the local area. Something for everyone. We love the short distance to the airport too. And, more recently, the fact that Bulgaria isn't in the Euro - makes things a lot cheaper once you get there! We wanted to be located in the quieter area of Sunny Beach though - the choice is ours whether we want to join the hustle and bustle of a busy holiday resort.

Unique benefits of the property
We purchased these apartments as soon as we saw plans for them. We love the architecture of the property as the curvature gives all apartments a wonderful sea view. We also loved the fact that they are the only apartment block in Sunny Beach to be built actually on the beach.
