Recent and fully equipped detached villa with its own 40 sq.m pool and jacuzzi, separate children pool facing the countryside (no street on this side - 1 of only 6 villas with such a view), air conditioning. Nice outdoor terrace with garden furniture and BBQ area. The Vineyards Resort is located on the top of a hill with a beautiful panoramic view on the Black Sea coast and the Balkan mountain range. The Resort boasts 2 very large outdoor pools and pool bar, childrens pool and play area, a restaurant and a small supermarket.

Further details
The villa is located in a Resort which has extensive onsite facilities. The Vineyards is just far enough from the coastal resorts to make it a peaceful and relaxing break. Still, it is close to all the places of interest and is an easy place from where making day trips. The vinery produces its own wine and can be visited.
Booking notes
Booking via 100€ non-returnable deposit (villa provisionally reserved for a period of up to 7 days to allow you to organise flights and for the required deposit to arrive. After the 7 days the villa will be made re-available if the deposit has not been received). Balance no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. Refundable 100€ security deposit to be left on arrival with customer service at the vineyards, who will give it back after check-out.
10% discount for booking 3 weeks or more.

Why the owner chose a house / villa (old name) in this location
An unknown but culturally very rich and interesting country with a beautiful landscape. The proximity of the sea, the countryside and the mountains makes the location very pleasant. The resort is close to very popular and famous places, but still remote enough to enjoy the quietness and the numerous migrating birds.
Unique benefits of the property
Staying at the property is incredibly relaxing and the setting, with the view on the countryside and on the sea is beautiful. At the same time, when people (my young adults children for example) want to have fun, they can also have it in the resort and on the nearby beaches.
