'Villa Naomi' is fully air conditioned and has a small safe and an alarm. It has space for 2 cars. The villa is situated 30 minutes drive from Varna Airport in the village of Rogachevo overlooking the beach resort of Albena. It is also within 10 mins drive of the main beach resort of Golden Sands and the idyllic village of Balchik. Multi million pound redevelopment of the region has included the redevelopment of Marina City in Balchik and 3 brand new golf courses all within 10 mins drive of Villa Naomi. Set in walled grounds the villa offers total privacy and tranquility whilst being a stones throw from local shops, excellent nature walks, beaches, excellent restaurants and fantastic nightlife. In short Villa Noami offers you the opportunity to have as quiet or hectic a holiday you desire. An evening out for a family of 2 adults and 2 children including 3 course meal and drinks would cost in the region of £25 and a pint in the local bars less than a pound. You cannot fail to enjoy.

Notes on prices
Prices are per week. Will negotiate for stays over winter months / 5% discount for return visits. Optional Additional Price to be picked up at airport on arrival and dropped back off at end of stay: 3 guests 75 Euros/9 Guests 140 Euros. Optional Additional Price for 24 hour telephone Concierge Service to answer any questions, pre book taxis, recormend places to visit, answer general questions etc. 20 Euros. Optional Additional Price Welcome Packs for basic food essentials 35 or 45.

We can be flexible on arrival days subject to availability but we do prefer a saturday changeover.

Notes on accommodation
Villa Naomi really is a luxury villa that is ideal for a family holiday but equally suited to a group wanting to experience the restaurants, nightlife, golf, nature walks etc. Totally self-contained you have the added advantage of using the purpose built barbeque and dining in the outside arbour which offers views of the coastline of Albena. You can achieve total privacy as the villa is set in its own walled grounds with controlled access via video access gate control from within the villa. Although the area is very safe, you can also have peace of mind knowing that while you are away, the alarm system is monitored by a professional guarding company. Everything has been thought of to make your holiday pleasant because the owner spared no expense so that he could enjoy the beauty of Bulgaria from a first class perspective. The option of using a concierge service during your stay also guarantees that help and advise is at hand for all your needs 24 hours a day.

Accessibility
The villa has a separate ramp entrance for wheelchair users. Once inside the villa, it is possible for a wheelchair user to negotiate the lower floor area and grounds leading to pool and jacuzzi, however there is a single stepped area for access to the secondary lounge/bedroom which would be the most suitable place for a wheelchair user to sleep. There is a double step area for a wheelchair user to use the dining/kitchen/ground floor shower area to consider also.

Outside
The grounds include double electric gates to secure carpark area for 1 car. 1 additional car parking space outside the villa grounds, electric gate for visitors controlled by video intercom inside the villa, private pool (unheated), private jacuzzi and barbeque. There is a separate outdoor arbour area in the garden that is sheltered and seats 8 with dining table and coastline views. There are 2 balconies overlooking the pool side and with views of the coastline.

Coast/Beach
Albena beach resort: family resort with good restaurants and market stalls. 5 minutes drive and 5km from the villa.

Balchik village: great for discovering Bulgarian culture. Includes the botanical gardens and palace. Newly developed harbour of "Marina City" - fantastic restaurants on the harbour. 10 minutes drive and 10km away.

Golden Sands: The main beach resort with golden beaches and blue sand. Great restaurants, designer shops, fantastic nightlife. 10 minutes or 19km away.

Golf
There are 3 newly developed golf courses approximately 15km away (more detailed information upon request).

Travel
Varna airport should be your first choice as it is 30km from the villa and 30 minutes drive. Car hire is available from various operators although we can give you the number of the local taxi service who will chauffeur you and wait if you require for very reasonable prices. For example a 25 mile all round journey and 1 hour waiting time would cost approx £15.

Distances
There are local shops within 2 minutes walking distance offering all essential items. The nearest supermarket is approx 5 minutes drive away.

All 3 resorts Golden Sands, Balchik and Albena are within 10 minutes drive or 10km.

The main cosmopolitan City of Varna is 30km away.

Further details
Currency can be exchanged at many official currency exchange shops in each resort. In addition you can get Bulgarian currency from cash machines also located in the resorts.

Bulgaria currency is called the Lev. most shops will charge you in Lev but for bigger purchases such shops also deal in Euros.

To experience Bulgarian culture Balchik is definately the place to be. Check out the botanical gardens. The tour should take you most of the day. If you are into boats then check out Marina City. Plenty of million pound boats are moored in the harbour.

If you have a family with children Albena beach resort is perfect. Situated within a 5 minute drive it has golden beaches, blue sea, restaurants and some children's rides on the beachfront.

For a party night out you have to go to Golden Sands. Blue sea, golden beaches, state of the art nightclubs, fantastic bars, casinos you name it Golden Sands has it.

There are 3 Golf Courses all within 15 minutes drive of Villa Naomi and each built into the Coast Line of this region. All 3 were nearing completion during the 2008 Season. All have been designed by Famous Golf Players and no expense has been spared. The owner wishes to point out that he is not a Golf Player so cannot offer much more information at this point. You may wish to Google Blacksea Rama Golf Course in Topola as this should give you more information. The owner believes 2 of the courses was designed by "Gary Player"

With the new multi million pound "Marina City" Complex only minutes away from the Golf Courses, this part of Bulgaria is very cosmopolitan and the place to be for avid Golfers in 2009.

Booking notes
Contact Chris or Martina on 01274 616684 to arrange a booking. We require a minimum non-refundable 50% of the package price booking deposit. Deposits can be paid direct into our account or by cheque but are only considered paid once funds have cleared. Balance must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date including an additional £200 damage deposit which will be refunded once you have completed your stay and the villa has been inspected. Guest comments
First visit to Bulgaria and so we were excited but a little apprehensive. I took my wife and 2 teenage children who are usually hard to please. When we arrived at Villa Naomi we could not believe how luxurious it was. We felt like Hollywood stars. Bulgaria itself, fantastic, lovely people, excellent food. I booked Villa Naomi for a group of 8 friends. Were all professional people and like to holiday in style. Villa Naomi did not let us down. There is so much space in the grounds and so much to do that you never get board. The restaurants and nightlife are out of this world. Never knew Bulgaria had so much to offer. Villa Naomi was class. Great to relax in peace. Shops are minutes away and very cheap. Beaches golden, sea blue, Hot/Sunny. Fantastic all round.
