This spacious and fully furnished apartment is on the third floor (entrance to building is on the second) with amazing sea views from the lounge and the balcony. The balcony over looks the pool and large lawned garden area. A covered barbecue area is around the side of the building with tables and benches. All rooms have air-conditioning.

Bedroom 2 is fitted with twin beds and also has a large double wardrobe and lots of draw space and 2 bedside tables

Bathrooms: The fully tiled bathroom has a large shower, wc and sink.
Kitchen: This fully equipped kitchen also includes, oven, 4-ring hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is everything you need for 6 people to enjoy a lovely meal.
Utility Room: A clothes iron, ironing board and clothes airer are included.
Living Rooms: There are 2 sofas in the lounge (1 sofabed), a television cable tv and DVD player is also available. CDs can be played on the hifi. A coffee table is in the middle of the room to relax and enjoy the view. In the dinning room there is a table and 6 chairs.

Notes on accommodation
There are heaters in every room for the use in the winter. duel air-conditioning is also in every room.

Outside
Within the grounds there are large lawns and small garden areas. Sunbathing areas are around the pool which has a shallow and a deep area. The pool is for the sole use of guests as is the barbecue area. Sun loungers and sun umbrella are provided.

Coast/Beach
Balchik beach is a 5 minute away or Albena international resort and beach is about a 10 minute drive away this beach is about 2 miles long with amazing sand it also has a blue flag award.

Golf
2 new golf courses are within a short drive.
1 new Ian Woosnam course and complex is only 20 mins away and a Gary player course is about 25 minutes away.

Travel
Varna is the nearest airport about 35 minutes away by car. Car hire can be arranged at an additional cost, but is not essential. Airport transfers can also be arranged for an additional cost. Bus stops only 200 metres from apartment. Taxis readily available and costs very little.

Distances
3 minute drive to Balchik town centre, the marina and the Bulgarian national botanical gardens. The aqua park and Cape Kaliakra with its stunning views and cliff restaurants are about 30 minutes drive away. 10 minute drive to Albena International Resort.

Further details
There are plenty of supermarkets, banks with cash machines, local market, boutiques, restaurants and bars in Balchik. Varna park has a aquarium, dolphinarium, zoo and a funfair for children. A new large full size pirate ship restaurant is on Varna beach, this restaurant has amazing food and wine.

A very nice apartment and ideal for holiday makers who enjoy relaxation, or those who like bars and restaurants. The best of both is available.

We stayed last year and this year. Balchik is so cheap to eat and drink out. The apartment is still amazing very well equiped and the view from the balcony is brilliant and very piecefull.

We booked this apartment last year and have just booked it again for this year. it was a lovely apartment and the location was amazing. Balchik was brilliant. From S Thomas in Devon.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought the property about 3 years ago. We liked it because it is in between 2 major resorts but still quiet enough to relax. Lewis loves the pool and having barbecues in the outside eating area. Balchik has a lovely marina where we all love to go and eat in the restaurants and bars. The people are very friendly there are bars and restaurant shops and bus stops all within 300 metres, and you can walk to the beach if wanted. We have made lots of friends locally.

Unique benefits of the property
We enjoy the relaxing atmosphere you get at the apartment and you can do what and when you want to do things. The beaches are amazing and not to far away from the cities of Varna and Dobrich. We also enjoy the outside eating area (barbecue tables benches). When you wake up in the morning and open the blinds and see the sea you never want to go home.
