This is a top floor apartment with a stunning sea and mountain view. 3 min walk to the famous sandy Butamiata Beach. There are 3 more beaches in the area. Sinemorets is a small fishing village only 8 miles from the Turkish border. It boasts the longest summer season along the Black Sea Coast. Temperatures during July and August are between 30-32 C during the day gently dropping down to 25 -27 C in the evening due to the pleasant breeze coming from the mountains and the sea. Sinemorets is surrounded by a Nature Reserve where Nature lovers can enjoy peaceful walks amongst luscious vegetation and old trees and watch different birds and animal species. Veleka River which is only 5 min drive from the apartment offers exciting boat trips which one can combine with picnic in the mountains or a day of river fishing.
