Furnished first floor studio apartment complete with balcony on the opposite side of the complex from the swimming pool, facing a quiet road, has twin beds + one fold up bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV, DVD player, a dining area with table and four chairs, a kitchen area and a separate bathroom. The kitchen area is equipped with two-ring electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine, kettle, toaster iron and ironing board and is stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, cups, plates and other accessories. The bathroom consists of a toilet, wash-hand basin and shower. Towels and bed linen are supplied. |

Bourgas Airport is approximately 20 minute drive away and Varna Airport is approximately 1 1/2 hour drive. Taxis and buses are available for transfer at reasonable prices.
Car Hire is comparable to European prices and is a good way of exploring the surrounding towns and countryside, if greater freedom and independence is required.
Distances
Sunny Beach is approx. one mile away. This is a well established holiday area with all amenities and facilities.
Bourgas is the biggest town and well worth a visit for the shopping and restaurants.

There is an abundance of supermarkets, souvenir shops, pharmacies, banks with 'hole in wall' facilities and restaurants in the near vicinity and in Nessebar old and new town, both of which are a five minute walk away.
Boat trips, fishing, diving, jeep trips available. Free buses to to aquaparks. Buses with very reasonable fares run to the town of Bourgas approx. 30 minutes) where there are many more shops, banks, restaurants etc. Also, bus and railway stations, if you feel adventurous to travel further to discover Bulgaria.
