Brand new studio apartment with everything in it you can think of. Located in a very picturesque fishing town. Only 30 minutes from the airport and a 5 minute walk to the beach. 1 mile from the very popular resort of Sunny Beach. Whether you are looking for a quiet holiday, or if you are more of a party goer, it is a fantastic location. The complex boasts 2 swimming pools, bar, restaurant and spa. One bar is circular of which half of it is in the swimming pool and you can sit at the bar on a high stool, especially nice on a very hot day. All the local bars, places to eat, activities to do are very accessible from the apartment and it is an ideal holiday especially if you are looking for somewhere cheap.

Outside
The complex has 2 magnificent swimming pools, bar, spa and restaurant. These facilities are used by guests staying on the complex. One of the bars is circular of which one half of it is in the pool. You can sit on the high stools in the pool which is especially nice on a hot day.
Coast/Beach
It is a 5 minute walk to Nessebar Beach or Nessebar old town. 1 mile from Sunny Beach in which you can jump on the mini train from Nessebar or you can catch the water taxi.
Travel
Nearest airport is Bourgas which is about a 30 minute drive or you can easily jump into a taxi. You can also pre-book a transfer so that somebody is there waiting for you at the airport when you arrive. The owner can give you a free phone number to book this.
Distances
Nessebar old town is breathtakingly beautiful and only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The popular resort of Sunny Beach is only a mile from Nessebar. The main and biggest shopping area is not far from the airport.
Further details
There are cashpoints at Bourgas Airport, and the exchange rate using these ATMs are competitive and worth using as you enter the country. Underneath the complex there are a range of shops. In front of the complex there is a children's playground. By the side of the complex there is an emergency first aid clinic. If you like shopping then Bougas city is only a taxi ride away, back towards the airport. For the more adventurous there is a huge water theme park nearby with numerous water slides, bars and restaurants. As Nessebar is a fishing town, there are some excellent restaurants to eat in which cooks and sells the local produce that has been caught that day. Nessebar old town is breathtakingly beautiful and definitely worth a browse. The stunning buildings and architecture that can be found in the old town dates mainly for the 11th-14th centuries. At night, it is even more beautiful to browse around with its many bars, restaurants and shops, and the atmosphere is a must to experience at this time. There are an abundunce of fabulous restaurants to eat in on this particular stretch of the sea, most of them have seaviews adding to the romantic atmosphere of the old town. The beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag Prize for many years which identifies their superb cleanliness. The beaches vary from being busy, with plenty of water sports to do, to the less developed beach further along the coastline. So they cater for everyone.
