The apartment is part of a complex located between the villages of Nessebar and Ravda, only 10 minutes car ride to Sunny Beach. The beach is 2 a minute walk away. This spacious two bedroom apartment is situated in the ground floor and furnished to a high standard. There is a lounge-living room with a fully fitted kitchen, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, a shower room with WC and a separate WC. It has a terrace facing the swimming pool furnished with table and chairs. The exterior is a nice green area with grass and shrubs around the swimming pool, there is also a children’s’ pool, loungers and umbrellas provided. Spectar Holiday Club provides free car park for all residents and 24h security.

The exterior is a nice green area with grass and shrubs around the swimming pool, there is also a children’s’ pool, loungers and umbrellas provided. The terrace has a good view of the pool from where you could supervise your children.
Coast/Beach
3 different blue flag beaches a few minutes walk away. One offering many water sports, another with a bar/restaurant beside it and the last one less crowed, offering sailing and canoing with a lovely beach bar.
Travel
Bourgas airport 35 mins (taxi fare approx £26). Varna airport 90 mins (taxi fare approx £50). Car hire can be hired locally. Public transport/taxis are very reasonable and in plentiful supply.
Distances
Ravda 5 mins walk. Nessebar 5 mins drive. Sunny Beach 10 mins drive.

£150 returnable deposit is required for booking this apartment. The balance is due 6 week prior to your holiday. If your booking is within this 6 week period then the balance is required in full.
