Villa situated in large plot, with patio and shrubbery surrounding private pool, exclusive to villa. Large covered terrace for outside dining, with garden furniture for 10 people. Sun loungers are available around the pool area. The views from the garden and patio are of surrounding countryside and the coast.
Coast/Beach
10 mins drive to the beach, 3km which is very busy during peak season. For a more quiet location, old Nessebar is 20 mins drive from the villa, and is full of old world charm, with traditional style architecture, a must see destination!
Travel
Nearest airport is Bourgas, which is a 20 mins drive from the villa. Varna airport is 1 and a half hour drive away from the villa. Car hire is advisable whilst staying at the villa, and can be arranged via agent. the hire car can be delivered to the villa if you have booked transfers.
Distances
Sunny Beach is 10 mins drive, and Nessebar is 20 mins down the coast. There is a water park only 15mins drive away from the villa. There is also horse riding only a 5 mins drive down the road from the villa. For a full day out there is beautiful mountain villages about 2 hours drive, well worth a day out.
Further details
Supermarket and shops are only 10 mins down the main road from villa. Restaurants are all in Sunny Beach and old Nessebar. There are also good restaurants in some of the bigger hotels on the front at Sunny Beach. For fish restaurants go the old Nessebar.
Booking notes
Booking fee is 50% deposit, with balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Transfers can be arranged via local agent, and are paid locally. A welcome pack can be placed in villa for arrival for an extra fee of 30 euros per pack.
