Notes on accommodation
The villa is suitable for large groups or families or couples who appreciate their own space. Most rooms are fitted with air conditioning.To be aware that power cuts happen ocasionaly for short periods of time.
Outside
Large patio areas with patio furniture, BBQ area. Private swimming pool 4m x 8m, overlooks local countryside and sea views with sunbeds and parasols.
Coast/Beach
The local beach is 10 mins drive away or by local bus which stops outside the villa and runs a regular service.
Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Unspoilt beach, safe for swimming and children to play on.
Golf
Local golf range in the town 10 minutes by bus, 5 minutes by car.
Situation next to the local beach, with many bars and restaurants.
Aqua Park just outside of Golden Sands would need car or taxi highly recommend. Sea Gardens.

St Constantine Alena 30 mins outside of Varna by car or taxi. Ideal for children of all ages. Plenty of restaurants, water sports, shops, chemists, banks cash machine boating lake to many to mention. Well worth a trip.
Travel
Varna is the local airport which is about 15 mins drive to the villa. Car hire can be arranged on request at an extra charge.
Do not change money with people on the streets use cash machines which takes most cards and are all over Varna and in the local town or cash exchange booths.

Distances
The local town of Galata is 10 mins by local bus or car which has local shops bars restaurants and a bank. The local village where the villa is (Borovec) has a mini-market and bar with a nearby petrol station.
Further details
Situated in the south of Varna, less then 25 minutes from the airport, and only 15 minutes from the Historic City of Varna. There are plenty of shops and a local market which are open everyday. There is also a beautiful beach which can also be found in Varna near the local sea gardens, where you can also go and watch the dolphin show for a small charge. Varna is a beautiful centre with plenty to see.
