Villa Vessy is huddled into natural folds smoothly sloping over the bay of Varna. It is both close to entertainments and far away from the hustle and bustle of the big town and the sea resorts. The villa is a marvellous holiday place for big families or groups. It offers accommodation for 14 persons in spacious and comfortable rooms with all modern conveniences available to make you feel perfect during the entire stay. The villa can accommodate 14 persons in 7 bedrooms; 3 double rooms with separate beds (the style in 2 of them is intended to suit your children), 4 double rooms with double beds. The villa is air conditioned to cool you down in the heat of the summer days and nights.

Notes on prices
30% of the total price should be paid within three days after the booking. The balance of 70% due a week before Arriving date. 300 euros breakage deposit due with balance and given back at Departure. Cleaning and laundry service - 90 EUR per booking due with advanced payment.

Outside
You can sunbathe by the new swimming pool 4m x 8m in size, and at night enjoy the peace and calm and the crickets’ songs.
There is a playground area for your kids with swings, a climber, a slide, sand area etc.
There is a fruit garden – peach, apricot, apple, fig trees etc
The barbecue is close to the villa and there are seats for 14 persons.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is approx 800m distant from the villa and about 15 minutes walk. Driving time to the big resorts with wide sandy beaches like St. Konstantin is about 5 minutes, to Golden Sands 10-15 minutes.
Travel
Use of car is not essential, but recommended. Taxi service could be provided (30 cents per km). Every 5-10 mins. there are buses to Varna, or to the big resorts (0,30 cents per ticket). The bus station is about 400m away from the house.

The house is 15 mins drive from Airpor Varna airport.
3 mins from beach.
5 mins from Varna City.
10 mins from Golden Sands.
10 mins from Aquapark.
Further details
In close proximity to the villa you can find a grocery and the new trade centre Piccadilly (incl. supermarket, bank, restaurant, coffee shop, different shops and boutiques, fitness centre, etc) is 1.5 km away. Easily accessible are also the restaurants, attractions and nightlife in the city of Varna and its environs, where the coastal alleys and the resorts of Sunny Day, Golden Sands and Albena are full of busy cafes, fish restaurants and pubs, discotheques and nightclubs.
The owners of the villa take care of the guests, they will meet you at Varna airport. During your stay they will advise you on the local sights and entertainments, some of which you can find nowhere else. You can take long walks along the beaches and the sea promenade alley. If it is too hot and you have done big shopping why don’t take a cheap taxi to give you a ride back.
Booking notes
Reservations are made and confirmed on receipt of an advance payment at the rate of 30% of the holiday value + cleaning fee of 85 EUR per booking. The other 70% are due on arrival day. Payments are made by PayPal, wire transfer, in cash or postal order.
Deposit of 200 EUR for ev. damages, broken things, etc. has to be paid by the arriving day.
