Accessibility
There is a lift in the house that takes you to the apartment on the 4th floor.
Golf
Due for completion in 2008 is an 18 hole golf course designed by Ian Wossnam in Razlog 5km away.
Skiing
The apartment is 5 minutes walking distance from the main Gondola lift. The ski season is long and normally lasts from December to March. The resort benefits from around 50 snow cannons keeping the runs fresh even when snowfall is light.
Ski Runs - Beginners - 35%; Intermediate - 40%; Advanced - 25%. Enjoy a unique 16 kilometer uninterrupted ski run, starting from Todorka Peak (2600 m) at the highest point of the ski center, all the way to base station of the Gondola lift at the outskirts of town. The last 7 km of the slope are lighted, and the entire facility is equipped with artificial snow machines to ensure a great skiing experience even in warmer conditions.
Total length of marked ski runs, inc. ski roads 65 km ski lifts. A modern network of lifts including 8-man gondola cable car by Doppelmayr, five 4-seat lifts of the latest Doppelmayr models, one 3-seat lift by Poma, 6 drags and 10 baby drags.
Travel
Fly to either Sofia or Plovdiv. Manchester, Heathrow and Luton fly direct to Sofia (Wizzair from Luton are amazingly cheap if booked earlier enough). EasyJet fly to Sofia from Gatwick airport. You can fly to Plovdiv from most UK airports including East Midlands, Coventry, Bristol, Newcastle, Cardiff, Edinburgh etc. The transfer times to the resort are both between 2.5 and 3 hours.
Distances
150km from Sofia. 160km from Plovdiv. Transfers can be arranged from both airports. A return journey to either airport will cost approximately 150 Euros.
