Accessibility
The apartment is on the third floor accessed via steps and lift.
Outside
Large balcony with table and 4 chairs. The 8 swimming pools including several children's pools, a wave pool and jacuzzi pool are manned daily by lifeguards. They are surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, tended to daily. The gated entry to the complex has 24 hour security. Plenty of bench seating around the complex allows you to sit and relax. There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols available around all pools for a nominal fee collected by site staff. Several children’s play areas including slides and swings on safe rubber matting are also located around the complex. Pamper yourself with a massage available on-site. Watch the sunsets on the horizon or watch the sailing boats and dolphins in the bay towards Sunny Beach and Nessebar.
Coast/Beach
The ‘Paradise Beach’ which is privately accessed via security gates and then steps direct from the complex cannot be accessed by car is safe for children and comes complete with a shipwreck just off the shore! There is a very reasonably priced beach bar serving local cuisine.
Travel
Bourgas airport 35 mins (taxi fare approx £26). Varna airport 90 mins (taxi fare approx £50). Car hire can be hired on-site. Public transport/taxis are very reasonable and in plentiful supply. On-site taxi drivers Hristov and his son George will drive you anywhere, anytime, day or night and are very competitively priced.

Further details
St Vlas has a lovely new marina and 2 fantastic beaches. There you can also find restaurants, bars, local shops, bank, supermarket, Dodgems, pay phones (approx 11p per minute to ring UK). The best kebabs and pancakes! Sunny Beach is a very lively beach resort with everything you can think of and more! Pay phones there (Sunnytel) are approx 25p per min to UK. Nessebar is a traditional Bulgarian village with cobbled streets and timber houses. It is accessed via a road bridge or a water taxi which is a lovely way to get there and takes 20 mins. Also close at hand is an Aqua Park. Various boat trips and horse riding is also available. If you fancy going further afield, why not take in a trip to Instanbul, visit Sofia Monastry, see the Dolphinarium at Varna or take in the stunning scenery of the Blue Mountains.
Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Full payment no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. A £50 damage deposit will be required but will be returned once property has been checked by our Management Company.
