Hi My name is Marianne and the property was purchased as a holidlay home for myself and my partner, to get away and enjoy the peace of a property that is away from the loud nightlife, but in distance of lively nights out if we want to. We have had people go back to our apartment on a yearly basis as they have enjoyed the quality of the apartment, being clean, tidy and provides accessories needed to enjoy a night in or all the restaurants and facilities in close proximity.
We have a management company on hand to give you advise on where to go and anything you feel extra you need at the apartment.

The apartment was bought as a get away home, but with our busy working life - do not get the chance very often, so now we want others to share our delights.

The benefits is the convenience to the town centre, but in a quite location. There are many Supermarkets in walking distance, and many good restaurants a good fish restaurant, and one at the complex and many pubs in walking distance.
