Large 2 bedroom apartment on 1st floor of a 2 building complex overlooking pools. Only 2 years old. Laundry service at local charge, car hire, and airport transfers can be arranged at reception. Close to beach and all amenities ie supermarkets, buses, taxis, road train. One block behind main road, so it is quiet, but with easy access to everything. Perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples.

Outside
Apartment has large balcony with table and chairs overlooking pools. Double aspect view, gets the afternoon sun - perfect for eating out, an early evening drink, or just catching the sun. Pools have sun loungers (free), children's pools and adult pools.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk to Cacao Beach, which is sandy and the best in Sunny Beach: has loungers/umbrellas to hire. All water sports available. Has cafes/restaurants. Free bus transfer to Aquaparks less than 2 mins walk.
Travel
Bourgas airport approx 20 mins in taxi. Car hire not necessary, as public transport frequent and cheap. Taxi pickup can be arranged.
Distances
Old Nessebar (UNESCO world heritage site) less than 10 mins on road train that runs along coast. New Nessebar 15 mins walk from apartment - 10 levs in a taxi. Sunny Beach centre 5 mins on road train. The area around is on the flat, so is easy to walk to and from most places of interest in Sunny Beach.

On-site restaurant / snack bar / bar / pool bar. All day supermarket and money exchange only 50m away. Large supermarket only 250 yards away with ATM. Fresh fruit and vegetable market in New Nessebar and more banks. Irish run bar only 2 mins away, great breakfast, has Sky TV. Huge variety of restaurants, bars clubs in Sunny Beach centre, as well as a good range close by - traditional cuisine as well as pizzas, steaks, pasta etc.
