Both apartments have fully fitted kitchens with all mod cons, the apartments are fully furnished. There is a spacious open plan living room which includes television and cable TV, large sofa bed and dining suite. The living area opens onto a balcony running the length of the apartment with tables and chairs overlooking the complex and the swimming pool. The complex has a restaurant and bar. Sunny Beach also has restaurants, bars, nightlife, shops etc and is only a couple of minutes walk from the apartments, this is a family friendly complex, the block also has a lift. The complex is nicely landscaped.

Coast/Beach
Blue flag beach approx 300m from apartments 5 minutes stroll, stretching a distance of 8 miles looking towards the heritage site of the island of Nessebar, watersports on the beach includes jet skis, parasailing, pedalos, bananas or simply relax and sun bathe, boat rides to Nessebar (a must).
Travel
Bourgas airport is approx 35k and takes about 15 to 20 minutes by car. We can arrange a taxi to meet you at the airport and return you when your holiday has finished at a reduced rate "prices on request".
Distances
Nessebar is an ancient town dating back 2500 years with fort ruins, beautiful restaurants, shops, bars, it is a 5 minute taxi ride or you could travel by train from Sunny Beach taking in the sites along the way.
Further details
Sunny Beach has a multitude of restaurants offering all sort of different cuisine and two people can eat for as little as £5. Bars, nightclubs, cafes a pint of beer will cost around 35p. Sunny Beach also has numerous shops, banks and supermarkets offering fantastic value for both food and drink.
Booking notes
A £75 booking deposit is required at the time of booking, final paymemt is expected at least 6 weeks prior to departure. A £100 security bond is also required this will be refunded to you on confirmation that the apartment has been left in a reasonable condition. Booking terms and conditions bind both rentor and rentee. Prices above are for each apartment.
