Our apartment is one of the closest to the Gondola station and is ideal for those returning from skiing or walking in the mountains as it is only 1 minutes walk. Situated on the second floor away from the bar and restaurant, the apartment is larger than most in the area and is tastefully furnished to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. For your convenience, there is a elevator in the reception area.
Large double bed, triple wardrobe, dressing table, TV, chair, bedside draws and door opening onto balcony.
Separate bathroom with bath and shower over, washbasin and WC. There is also a heater, shower curtain and mirror.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook. This includes oven, microwave, hob and extractor hood. There is a fridge, toaster, kettle, blender together with a selection of cooking utensils.
The lounge/dining room is equipped with a table and four chairs, a sofa that converts to a double bed, a single armchair, coffee table, various wall units, 32inch LCD TV, DVD and CD players. A selection of books, DVDs and games are also provided.
There is a separate entrance hall with doors to the living room, bedroom and bathroom. There are coat hooks for your outside cloths, a storage cupboard and a mirror.
Towels and linen are provided and changed each week.
Additional changes can be arranged for a small charge and paid locally.

Although the building has a elevator in the reception area, there are steps leading up to the entrance and other stairs within the building. These may present a problem to some people with mobility difficulties.
There is a communal BBQ area within the grounds of the 'Apart-hotel' for use in the summer.
Important notes on accommodation
There are wall hung electric heaters in all rooms and double glazing to windows. The balcony, which can be accessed from the lounge or bedroom, has the sun on it all morning and two outside chairs are provided.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Booking of 2 consecutive weeks, less 10%. Longer term bookings could be arranged.
Saturday is the usual changeover day in this and most ski resorts, however, we will try and accommodate other days on request.
To reserve a booking, a £80 non-refundable deposit is required.
The balance will need to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
For bookings made less than 6 weeks before departure, the full payment will be required at time of booking.
A deposit of £100 against damage or loss is required to be paid with your final payment. This will be returned to you as soon as we hear from our agent after their inspection.

About the area
One minutes walk to the lift station means no time lost waiting for transport, and after a day on the slopes it's even more welcome. The Gondola takes you up and over the first mountain to the main skiing area. From here you can take several chair lifts to transport you further up the mountain.
There are 14 pistes, the highest of which is 2600m, with a total length of 65km. The entire facility is equipped with snow cannons to provide good skiing thoughout the season, they also allow you to ski right down to the Gondola station. This last 7km section is flood lit for night skiing on a couple of nights a week.
How to get there
There are three airports that are usable for Bansko, Sofia, Plovdiv and Thessaloniki in Greece.
Direct flights to Sofia are available by British Airways and Hemus Air from London Heathrow, Easy Jet and Air Bulgaria from Gatwick and Wiss Air from Luton. Air Bulgaria also fly direct from Manchester.
Sofia Airport is 95 miles.
Plovdiv Airport is 80 miles.
Thessaloniki Airport is 120 miles.
Transfers from the airports can be arranged with English speaking drivers or if you are adventurous, you could take a train or bus, these are cheap but tend to take much longer.
You will be met on arrival buy our English speaking representative who will show you to your apartment and answer any questions you may have.
