About the owner
We are 2 friends who decided to invest in property in Bulgaria in 2005 with a studio on the Green Fort complex (property ref BU20) and (property ref BU244) 1 bed apartment on Crown Fort in nearby St Vlas). Our investment is for the long term and we have decided to rent our properties to assist with paying the maintenance bills etc. Since buying in Bulgaria we have been holidaying here ourselves regularly over the last 6 years along with our families and friends. After first visiting the place we fell in love with Sunny Beach and it is a bonus that we also love to have our holidays here and prefer coming here as opposed to Spain, Greece etc.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We decided to buy property in Bulgaria as an investment opportunity for the long term as over recent years it is widely reported the new up and coming holiday resort to rival Spain with the weather just as hot from May to October but with the added benefit of being a lot cheaper especially especially in recent year with countries in Spain becoming a lot more expensive due to the Euro. Since buying our properties in Bulgaria (also property ref BU244 in nearby St Vlas) we have enjoyed holidaying regularly in Bulgaria during the last 6 years including our families and friends who also love the place due to the size of the place with many bars and restaurants, cheap prices, hot weather and the many things to do for all ages. The place is ideal for families, couples and young people.

The complex benefits from being just a short 2 mins stroll over the to the magnificent Sunny Beach itself but also benefits from being in a quiet part of the Sunny Beach resort for peace from the lively night time but also close enough to the many restaurants and promenade of which there are activities for all ages. The complex itself benefits include a family run bar / restaurant which is open all day long and is ideal for convenient eating and for the nights when maybe you want to stay on the complex. There are also many swings, slides for young children on site, a large swimming pool and slide, tennis court / football pitch and complex benefits from 24hour security. The studio is south facing and benefits from the sun all day long into the evening.
