This 1 bedroom apartment is on the prestigious Marina View 4* complex, situated in prime location on the outskirts of St. Vlas and close to the ancient picturesque town of Nessebar and the famous resort of Sunny Beach. The gated complex has 24/7 security and is down steps to Paradise Beach. English speaking management are on hand to help make your stay enjoyable, can advise on car hire, taxi and if required book excursions. There are 3 pools on site and also children's pools. On the adjoining Panorama Fort there are many other pools and facilities which guests are welcome to use. Pools include jacuzzi, waves and slides. The onsite bar/restaurants serves good quality, competitively priced food. This 3rd floor apartment (both lift and stair access) has a large balcony and has unobstructed sea and pool views. Lovely new apartment (with air-con) on a beautiful family orientated complex, with walkways, landscaped gardens, supermarket, internet cafe, mini golf, tennis etc.

Changeover day
Changeover day and arrival times are flexible where possible. Usual times (unless arranged) is vacation of the apartment by 11 am and occupancy not before 4pm.

The bedroom has double bed, is tastefully furnished, has ample storage space. From here a door leads onto the balcony area with views of two pools and the sea. A safe is situated in this room. The bedroom has air-conditioning and is comfortably furnished. |

A fully tiled shower room is fitted with shower, toilet, sink and has illuminated and mirrored storage cabinets. |
| Kitchen: |
The tiled kitchen area is fully fitted and contains a large fridge/freezer, oven, hob and extractor fan, washing machine, kettle, toaster and many utensils. There is ample crockery/cutlery an iron, ironing board and clothes airer. |
| Living Rooms: |
The spacious open planned lounge has a double sofa bed, dining area with table and chairs, TV cabinet with channel TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs. A door leads to the large balcony. Air-conditioning unit with remote controls. |

Clean towels and linen are included in the price and will be changed weekly. Please note, we do not provide pool towels. |
Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning units throughout provide cool air and also warm heating in the cooler months. Outside patio furniture seats 4. This is a gated complex with a security guard 24 hrs. A magnetic key card provides access to the site please allow 10 euros as a refundable deposit for this at the management site office.

Accessibility
This is a 3rd floor apartment with both stair and lift access. There are two steps up to the accommodation block and the site is on a slope.
Outside
Landscaped gardens and walkways with gated access to the main site entrance and to the beach. A children's play area, several shared pools, tennis court (small fee), mini golf, beauty salon, internet cafe, table tennis, supermarket, car hire, fitness club. Poolside bars/restaurants serves good quality food and is open day and evening. This frontline complex has a lovely sea walk with benches along route. Fishing is possible off the rocks. There are ample poolside loungers and parasols (small fee sometimes required). This really is a lovely complex with plenty to do.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is well placed for it's local beach (Paradise Beach) which is sited down a set of steps from the complex. This is a good quality sandy beach with sun loungers and is a calm bay ideal for family holidays. Other beaches are abundant along the coast and Sunny Beach with it's miles of golden sand is only a short taxi/bus ride away.
Travel
Bourgas is the nearest airport at approximately 35 minutes drive away, Varna approximately 90 minutes drive. Car hire isn't essential and pickup is possible from the airport. Transfers can be arranged.
Distances
St. Vlas aproximately 5 minutes. Sunny Beach approximately 10 minutes drive. Nessebar 20 minutes drive or is accessible over the bay by water taxi. Buses operate regularly and taxi's are very reasonably priced.
Further details
St. Vlas is the local town and is abundant with shops, bars and restaurants. If however you want a livelier evening then the popular Sunny Beach is the place to head for with the usual tourist attractions, markets, cocktails bars, nightclubs, fairground attractions, climbing wall, restaurants and bars. The apartment is ideally sited as it can access the livelier resort of Sunny Beach but can also provide a quieter type of holiday if this is more the type of holiday you would like.
Booking notes
£50 non-refundable deposit is required for booking this apartment. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your holiday. If your booking is within this 4 week period then the balance is required in full.
