This two bedroom apartment is on the prestigious Riviera Fort 4* Complex, situated in a prime location just on the outskirts of the popular small town of Ravda (5 mins walk) and also close to the ancient picturesque town of Nessebar. The gated complex has 24/7 security and is frontline to the beach. English speaking management are on hand to help make your stay enjoyable and can advise on car hire, taxis and if required can book excursions. There is a shared pool, a jacuzzi and a children's pool which in the summer months has a lifeguard on duty. The onsite bar/restaurant serves good quality, competitively priced food both day and evening. This 4th floor apartment (both stair and lift access) has two balconies both of which have unobstructed sea and coastal views and have patio furniture and loungers. This is a lovely apartment (with air-con) on a beautiful family orientated complex, which has walkways and landscaped gardens as well as a children's play area and tennis court.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. There may also be flexibility with departure times depending upon other guest arrival times. Usual times are departure at 11 am and occupancy not before 3pm.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1- spacious with double bed, ample storage space, with en-suite facilities and door to private balcony with sea views. Hairdryer, safe. Bedroom 2- twin beds ample storage throughout. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and comfortably furnished. |
| Bathrooms: | Two shower rooms (one en-suite) both fully tiled throughout with shower, toilet, sink and illuminated and mirrored storage cabinets. |
| Kitchen: | The tiled kitchen area is fully fitted and contains a large fridge with freezer box, oven with extractor fan, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and many utensils. There is ample crockery/cutlery an iron, ironing board and clothes airer. |
| Living Rooms: | The spacious open planned lounge has a double sofa bed, dining area with table and chairs, TV cabinet with channel TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs. A door leads to second balcony. Air-condtioning unit with remote controls. |
| Other: | This is a well planned out apartment with the bedrooms not adjoining the living area but off a tiled hallway. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Clean towels and linen are included in the price and will be changed weekly. Please note we do not provide pool towels. If you have any laundry this can be arranged at the management office for a small fee. |
Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning units throughout provide cool air and also warm heating in the cooler months. Outside table seats 4 with ease. This is a gated complex with a security guard 24 hrs.
Please allow for 10 Euro refundable desposit for magnetic key card from site office. This allows access to site.
Accessibility
This is a fifth floor apartment with both stair and lift access. The complex is slighly sloped in parts and there is a step up to the entrance of the accommodation block.
Outside
Landscaped gardens and walkways with gated access to the carpark and beach. A children's play area, shared pool, jacuzzi and children's pool with tennis court (small fee payable locally). A pool side bar/restaurant serves good quality food and is open day and evening time. There is a life guard daily in summer months. There are ample benches, parasols and loungers are available for a small fee payable locally.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is well placed for it's local beach and is situated the other side of the gate of the complex. Other beaches are abundant along the coast and the beach at Nessebar is walkable along the coast between 5 and 10 minutes. Beach bar's are plentiful as are the usual water sports. The famous Sunny Beach with it's miles of golden sand is a short taxi/bus ride away.
Travel
Bourgas is the nearest airport at 20 mins. Transfers can be arranged. Car hire from the airport is possible.

Ravda 5 mins walk.
Nessebar 5 mins drive.
Sunny Beach 10 mins drive.
Further details
Shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks etc...all within 5 minutes walk.

£50 non-returnable deposit is required for booking this apartment. The balance is due 4 week prior to your holiday. If your booking is within this 4 week period then the balance is required in full.
