Only 3 kms from lively resort of Sunny Beach, which has a varied plentiful selection of restaurants, bars, shops and activities to choose from. Also it has a unique street off the centre strip for some very talented artists! Only 20 mins drive down the coast to the town of Nessebar, where you will find many other beaches and a small marina. As an alternative you can take the short boat trip, every 20 minutes from Sunny Beach across the bay to Old Nessebar.

Landscaped gardens and patio surround the almost private swimming pool (6m x 4m) - Accompanied by outdoor furniture and BBQ. Also 1 car parking space is available at the front of the property.
Coast/Beach
Nessebar Gardens is just 3km from the resort of Sunny Beach. This is the largest black sea coast resort with the widest strip of white sandy beach that stretches several kilometres. It is a blue flag beach with a non tidal sea. For people who love watersports there are plenty including jet-ski's, water skiing, parasailing, pedaloes, underwater-diving and wind-surfing.
Golf
Few minutes drive from the 9 hole golf course in Sunny Beach.
Travel
Fly to either Bourgas or Varna airports. Bourgas is approx 30km away from the apartment and transfer time is around 25 – 30 mins by car. Varna is approx 95km away from the apartment and transfer time is around 90 mins by car. Transfers can be arranged as can car hire too, which is recommended to explore the area.
Flights can be booked through operators such as Thomson Fly, First Choice, Wizzair and others through Cheap Flights.
Distances
Only 20 mins drive away from the apartment are the towns of Nessebar and Old Nessebar. Which include much history with ancient ruins and medieval churches. If you like seafood then you'll love the restaurants in this quaint, charming location complete with cobbled narrow streets.
Further details
Frequent buses run from the main road near the apartment into Sunny Beach, which is only a matter of minutes away. Here you can find many mini-supermarkets to enjoy your own cooked meal on the BBQ in this relaxing location! Mini-road trains run regularly between Sunny Beach and Old Nessebar with frequent stops along the way.
Activites you may be interested in nearby, are horse-riding, karting, trampolines and fun fairs for the kids, 9 hole golf course, mini/crazy-golf, tennis and 2 waterparks!
Booking notes
A £50 deposit secures the booking. In case of cancellation, this is unrefundable. The full balance is required 6 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 6 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of £50 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 14 days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.
