The holiday village is a new build modern complex comprising of 4 sections surrounding the pool. The apartments spread over only 4 floors allowing sunbathing throughout the whole day. Sleeping 4/6 people this apartment has sea views and a large balcony overlooking the pool area. The location is fabulous. You walk out the front gate and the beach is down one small flight of steps. Within 1 minute and you are there! It is fully air conditioned and has Cable TV. There is a large pool and a paddle pool for smaller children. It has a poolside bar for snacks and drinks and very generous areas for sunbathing. The children’s play area has swings and slide. Outside there is an under cover BBQ area.

Changeover day
Bookings are taken from Saturday to Saturday, although this can be flexible. Check out is 11am and check in is 3pm. If you have a special request please ask and I will see if we can accommodate it.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: One bedroom with 2 single beds that converts to make a double bed with ample wardrobe space, sea view from the balcony.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with toilet, basin and shower.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron, kitchen utensils for using in the BBQ area outside.
Living Rooms: Large open plan living/dining area with an Italian sprung double sofa bed and mattress sleeping 2 adults.
Other: The dining area has a corner sofa which converts to a sofa double bed sleeping 2 children or one adult comfortably.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
There is an extra small charge for the cleaning, use of towels and bed linen of £10 per week. Cleaning and towel change is every 3 days. Linen is changed weekly.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the third floor, without a lift.

Outside
There is a garden and under cover BBQ area. The main balcony has outdoor furniture and there are sun loungers for use at the pool and also foldable sun loungers which can be taken to the beach.

Coast/Beach
The Black Sea Coast is the Bulgarian Riviera with many sandy beaches and calm clear water. Average air temperature is C28/F82 and water temperature C25/F77. The sandy beach stretches around Nessebar Bay and has shallow water stretching out for 30m.

Travel
Easily reached from Bourgas Airport (20 mins by taxi). Taxi cost is approx 60 Bulgarian Lev (£1 = approx 2.80 Lev); approx 30 euros and approx £20. Taxis are easily at hand and very affordable (although you may want to agree a price before getting in). There are regular buses also which are inexpensive.

Distance from Global City: Nessebar New Town is approx 1.5km. The Rocky peninsula Old Town is approx 2.5km. Ravda Town centre is approx 1km. Sunny Beach south is approx 4km. Sunny Beach centre is approx 7km.

Further details
Local Activities: A brand new Water Park is a few mins away. There are tennis courts, table tennis, jet ski, banana boats, pedal boats, football fields all close which you can hire. jeep Safari is worth booking. Sunnybeach is a large resort with cafes, bars and restaurants, shops and go-karting.

Nessebar New Town with cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Nessebar Old Town with Peninsular village with a fishing port where boat trips can be taken (very beautiful). Many historic monuments are in the old town. There are street markets and entertainment here is in abundance both during the day and at night. Cafes, bars and restaurants and shops. The Old Town is located on a small peninsula in the Black Sea which is linked with the land only by a long and narrow isthmus. It has existed for more than 9,000 years. It emerged as a fortified Thracian settlement; afterwards it was a Greek polis, then a Roman colony.

Ravda has cafes, bars and restaurants and shops and small fairground. There are beach bars and restaurants for your convenience all within walking distance serving both local and European dishes and exceptional array of beverages.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total is required within 7 days of your booking to secure the rental. The full balance is then due one month prior to the start of your rental date. There is a small charge of £10 per week for usage of towels, linen and cleaning.
