20% of the rental charge is payable on booking. We accept EUR and GBP.

Refundable breakage deposit of £100 required cash on arrival
Late bookings can be paid cash on arrival.
We provide a full airport transfer service for your group. Our driver will meet your flight at any time of the day or night. The driver has the villa keys will drive you back to the airport.

Notes on accommodation
All villas in the complex are offered on the UK rental market only. This is to make your holiday more comfortable for you and your family.
Pets are not allowed.

At your arrival you will find a file with the most useful information written in English & map of the area. It gives you a short description of the area with way description to the local stores and bars and very detailed road description to Sunny Beach and Bourgas (big supermarkets). The holiday house is very close to all locations – max. 20-30 mins drive to beach or bigger supermarkets. The swimming pool is of course in front of your front door.
You are not let alone after your arrival. We (the property owners or our representatives) are visiting the complex every day and will try to help you in any way we can. You will have our/their mobile phone number in case of emergency.

Accessibility
The villa is perfect for families with small children. Parents can easily overlook small children. The village itself is very quiet and safe.

Outside
Garden furniture on the veranda for outside seating, dining and relaxing.
Shared swimming pool with sun beds provided.
Two stand-alone BBQs for outside dining.

Coast/Beach
The wide sandy and clean beaches of Sunny Beach and Nessebar are some 19km from the villa. The roads are in exellent conditions and you can easily find your way on the map.
We recommend also to visit the beautiful beaches of Sozopol and Djuni south of Bourgas.

Car hire is not essential but advisable.
The holiday villa is only 12km drive from Bourgas airport. Airport transfer is included in the rental price so no extra cost.
Charter flights are offered from most regional UK airports to Bourgas airport all over the season.
Cheap flights can be found at Wizzair from London-Luton to Bourgas.

Distances
Only 20 min to the largest and best known holiday resorts of Sunny Beach and Nessebar where you can refuel yourself with energy, stroll trough antic alleys, swim in the blue sea or having a delicious meal and refreshing drinks in one of the hundreds pubs, bars and restaurants.
The beaches are of beautiful golden sand and the sea is safe for children. All family activities include water parks, water sports, go-kart, cycling, windsurfing, jet skis and bungee jumping.

Further details
There is and abundance of pubs, restaurants, water sports, horse riding etc available within a 20 km radius. The historic towns of Nessebar and Sozopol are nearby as are the beautiful beaches of Dyuni and Pomorie.
We provide a large welcome pack as an option for £25. It consists of bread, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, jam, biscuits, fruit, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, vegetable oil, bacon, eggs, bottled water and orange juice.

Booking notes
We require 20% (non-refundable) booking deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. A refundable breakage deposit of £100 is required on arrival. We provide a free airport transfer for four people. Our driver will meet your flight at any time of the day or night. He also has the villa keys. If your group size is larger than 4 then an additional car (£10 each way) will be provided to follow or the driver will escort a hired car as well at no charge
