The villa consists of three double bedrooms (two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom), one bathroom (shower/WC) and living room with open plan kitchen. The villa is perfect for families with children, couples and for all those who want to enjoy a holiday away from the mass tourism. Rentals are managed professionally by a local company. You will find the house clean and prepared for your stay. You will be given fresh bed linen and towels in the middle of the your stay (on two weeks rentals only). The pool is cleaned daily and the gardens are kept in top condition. DVD player, Movie Library, Sat-TV.

You will find us within 5 min walk from the villa - we will meet you and accommodate you on arrival at any time of the day or night.
Changeover day
We have no Changeover day. You are welcome on any day of the week. We also do not have check-in and check-out times. In most cases you will be accomodated immediately on arrival no matter of the time (day or night). Late departures are also no problem.

Notes on accommodation
Pets are not allowed.
You will find the management of the villas (local family run company) in the village of Bryastovets. They are present every day on site and will help you with route & tourist information.
At your arrival you will find a file with the most useful information written in English & map of the area. It gives you a short description of the area with way description to the local stores and bars and very detailed road description to Sunny Beach and Bourgas (big supermarkets). The holiday house is very close to all locations – max. 20-30 mins drive to beach or bigger supermarkets. The swimming pool is of course in front of your front door.
You are not let alone after your arrival. We (the property owners or our representatives) are visiting the complex every day and will try to help you in any way we can. You will have our/their mobile phone number in case of emergency.
Accessibility
The villa is perfect for families with small children. Parents can easily overlook small children. The village itself is very quiet and safe.

Garden furniture on the veranda for outside seating, dining and relaxing.
Shared swimming pool with sun beds provided.
Two stand-alone BBQs for outside dining.
Coast/Beach
The wide sandy and clean beaches of Sunny Beach and Nessebar are some 19km from the villa. The roads are in exellent conditions and you can easily find your way on the map.
We recommend also to visit the beautiful beaches of Sozopol and Djuni south of Bourgas.

Car hire is advisable and essential.
Allthough there is a small shop and several food serving bars in the village a car is a must for your holiday. Bulgaria and the Bourgas area have a lot to offer to you if you are mobile and don’t mind to drive a short drive to a nice beach, to a shopping mall, etc. You will be rewarded with a quiet, safe and comfortable accomodation a few kilometers away from the main attractions.
Distances
Only 20 min to the largest and best known holiday resorts of Sunny Beach and Nessebar where you can refuel yourself with energy, stroll trough antic alleys, swim in the blue sea or having a delicious meal and refreshing drinks in one of the hundreds pubs, bars and restaurants.
The beaches are of beautiful golden sand and the sea is safe for children. All family activities include water parks, water sports, go-kart, cycling, windsurfing, jet skis and bungee jumping.
Further details
There is and abundance of pubs, restaurants, water sports, horse riding etc available within a 20 km radius. The historic towns of Nessebar and Sozopol are nearby as are the beautiful beaches of Dyuni and Pomorie.
We provide a large welcome pack as an option for £25. It consists of bread, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, jam, biscuits, fruit, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, vegetable oil, bacon, eggs, bottled water and orange juice.
