Fully equipped kitchen/diner with hob, combination oven/microwave, and fridge. Dining area to seat 6 adjoining lounge which has a sofa bed and cd hi-fi system. Twin bedroom off dining area.

Etara (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4/6)

1st floor apartment (2 bedrooms, sleeps 4 - 6). Entrance into fully equipped kitchen with hob, combination oven/microwave, sandwich toaster and fridge. Lounge diner with table to seat 6, sofabed, CD hi fi system and door leading to balcony with views over the mountains. Main bedroom has a double bed and door leading to bathroom. Twin bedroom also has door leading to bathroom.

Notes on accommodation
Both apartments have central heating.
Enclosed garden makes the property suitable for children with care.

Private walled and gated garden with well. Barbecue area. Outdoor furniture.

Skiing
40kms from Uzana ski resort which is also beautiful in the Summer and ideal for walking.

Travel
Nearest airport at present is Sofia (2.5 hours drive on good main roads). Hemus Air fly from Gatwick and Heathrow. Wizzair fly from Luton. BA fly from Heathrow. Car hire is essential.

Distances
Distance to Gabrovo which is the nearest large town is approx 10 mins drive and has all major facilities including banks, Tryavna is a beautiful town and is about 30 mins drive away. The 600 year old village of Bojentsi is approx 10 mins drive and Etara which is an open-air ethnographic museum very close by. The historic town of Veliko Tarnovo is approx 30 mins drive.

Further details
The new spa resort of Bogena is approx 10 mins walk away and includes pool, sauna, steam room fitness centre and restaurant.
The region is excellent for walking and wildlife watching.
