The Sunset Resort is the most luxurious development on the Black Sea Coast with approximately 800 separate apartments, studios, penthouses & villas. The resort is conveniently located just 15 minutes drive from Bourgas international Airport, 20 minutes drive from Sunny Beach Resort & the old town of Nessebar and 25 minutes from Bourgas City.

| Bathrooms: | The bathroom is stylishly tiled throughout and has a built in power shower and a bath containing a second shower. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fitted out to a high standard and contains an electric oven, double hot plate, slim line extractor fan, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge freezer, cooking utensils along with a stylish kitchen table and 4 chairs. |
| Living Rooms: | The spacious lounge area is air-conditioned and contains a stylish 3 seater sofa bed, 2 seater sofa, side cabinet, reading lamp, 21 TV and a second entrance onto the large balcony. |
| Other: | The apartment has a very large balcony which would be ideal for quiet relaxation in the evening. The balcony has 2 tables and 4 chairs for your use. Direct flights from Cork, Dublin, Manchester, Luton and many other UK airports available this summer. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Clean towels will be provided, bed linen changed and apartment cleaned 3 times a week. |
Notes on accommodation
There will be numerous outdoor swimming pools, lazy river, water slides, games room, 6 restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars, piano bar available for the summer 2008 season. Other on site services available will include a selection of shops, tourist services, Bank ATMs etc. The resort is suitable for all age groups.

Accessibility
The Apart Hotel Eta has four panoramic lifts, wide doorways for easy wheelchair access and is well laid out.
Outside
Each building in the Sunset Resort has a swimming pool and garden area with sun chairs for sun bathing. There is also a lazy river, water slides, and many other facilities on site.
Coast/Beach
The Sunset Resort is located in front of the famous South Beach in Pomorie. South beach is approximately 50m wide and over 400m long. The resort is also only a 15-20 minute drive from Sunny Beach (Bulgaria's largest seaside resort).
Travel
The resort is only a 10-15 minute drive from Bourgas International Airport. Taxi collection from the airport can be arranged through the Sunset Resort and should cost no more than 20-30 return.
Distances
The city of Bourgas is a 20 minute drive from the resort and there is a regular bus service to and from Pomorie. Likewise the town of Neesebar and the resort of Sunny Beach are only a 20 minute drive from Sunset Resort.
Further details
Direct flights from Dublin to Bourgas and from Cork to Bourgas from the start of May to the start of October. Flights from Dublin every Saturday and from Cork every Sunday. Flights available through Balkan Tours. Direct flights to Bourgas are also available from a number of UK airports including Manchester and Luton.
Booking notes
1. A 100 euro booking deposit is required within 2 weeks of making a reservation.
2. The balance plus a 100 security deposit is required 6 weeks prior to the departure date.
3. The 100 euro security deposit will be refunded following your departure from the apartment less any damages.
