Sleeping a maximum of 8 people the spacious 125m2 of living space makes it ideal for couples or families alike. It has a private walled landscaped garden and private swimming pool shared only with the villa downstairs. Table, chairs and sun loungers are provided. Luxuriously furnished, every detail has been considered to make sure that your stay is a relaxing one. Air-conditioning throughout the villa, with fireplace in front room for the colder days.

Coast/Beach
The Sunny Beach area boasts 8kms of golden sands and is one of the few places along the Black Sea coast where you can still see authentic well formed sand dunes that preserve unique and unspoiled nature only found on this coast through to September there is approximately 1700 hrs of sunshine during which the average daily temperature is 27 degres celsius.
Travel
Charter flights direct to Bourgas and Varna between May - October from over 20 UK airports. Many offering twice weekly trips, making a long weekend break an option. We are 30 mins from Bourgas Airport and can provide you with transfers at a cost. There is a local bus which stops outside the Almond Hill complex and takes you down to Sunny Beach Nessebar and Koscharitza. The cost for this journey is just 20p each way. Local taxis are also available from villa to beach 15-20 euro.
Distances
Location distance to airport 50-100km, distance to local restaraunts 2km, distance to convenience store 2km, distance to beach 2km. The local town is lively but not wild. Distance to local town centre 2km with night clubs, restaurants, lively bars and pubs. Beach 10min, Koscharitza 5min, Nessebar 20min drive.

There are hundreds of places of interest along the coast ranging from old pagan sanctuaries to remains of ancient Roman and Greek civilisations and authentic historical monuments of the Bulgarian state. Just along from Sunny Beach you can discover the stunning historic cobbled old town of Nessebar which at over 2500 yrs old is one of the oldest towns in Europe. Here you will find a unique and tranquil atmosphere that envelopes the fantastic harbour fish resturants cafes and galleries. The town itself also features the remains of over 40 churches and Thracian ruin. Nessebar can be easily reached by bus, boat, taxi or mini train from Sunny Beach day trips can also be made from Sunny Beach to Sozopol Pomoire Varna and even Turkey. Bulgarian Lev (plural leva). Following currency reform in 1999, pre-1999 notes are no longer legal tender. Leva cannot be bought in the UK. You can only change your travellers cheques into leva in Bulgarian banks. Take a small amount of sterling or dollars to change in your hotel. It is illegal for tour operators and foreign exchange bureaux to accept travellers' cheques. Do not be tempted by the rates offered by the various money exchange bureaux - you might only receive half the rate on display. Never exchange money with local residents in the street, as they will be offering worthless pre-1999 leva.
Good exchange rates you can get from each bank or change desks “Crown” in Sunny beach. 86.6% of the population is Eastern Orthodox, 13% are Muslims. The Bulgarian Church is autonomous and headed by a Patriarch.
Booking notes
A 30% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking payable by bank transfer or cheque. Balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to your departure unless taking advantage of a last minute booking. A security breakages deposit of £100 is payable which we will return to you after your stay once our agents checks the inventory and finds that there are no breakages or damage to the property.
