This fully furnished luxury family owned apartment is very spacious, and is located on the exclusive new development in the popular resort of Elenite. The apartment consists of the following: 1 bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, large chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. Lounge room, which has a double sofa bed, two cosy chairs, coffee table, TV, DVD and CD player. Kitchen / diner consists of dining table for 4, cooker with extract fan, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, micro wave, toaster and kettle. Bathroom with underfloor heating, fully tiled room, with shower, toilet and sink. Large ground floor balcony from the lounge, partially viewing the pool, overlooking the green gardens. The apartment is cleaned and towel and linen are provided. The apartment is cleaned on your departure. The complex has all the main facilities, so you can relax and enjoy your holiday, 3 restaurants, bars, 2 pools, 1 lazy river attraction, massage centre, tennis court/football and minimarket.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air conditioned, furnished and equipped with everything, from cutlery to iron and iron board, to make it a perfect holiday. The apartment also has a cot and baby chair.

There is on-site 24 hour security and parking.

Outside
The complex consists of 3 swimming pools, 1 which is a lazy river, 4 children’s play area, with swings and slides, a fitness suite, beauty and hair salon, sauna, jacuzzi, a medical centre, 2 restaurants, 3 bars, private beach, five a side football pitch / tennis courts, 24 hour office, car hire and currency change service. You can also use the facilities to the private 4 star hotel next door, recommend their jacuzzi on the beach and there kids swimming pool. Strongly suggest you go to the Royal Park all inclusive hotel. They charge £20 per person. For this you get access into the complex, eat, drink and use all there facilities all day and night, whihc includes the water park.

Coast/Beach
The Privilege Complex is situated right on the beach. You can also use the beaches from the adjoining hotels, which boosts water sports and local restaurants. You can also get on the boat from the Royal Park beach to go to Sunny Beach or Nessebar. There are fish restaurants and bars about 1 km along the beach.

Golf
The nearest golf course is approximately 20 minutes away.

Travel
Nearest airport is Bourgas, which is approx 30/40 mins transfer. Varna Airport is approx 60/70 mins transfer. We can arrange all transfers for you, to and from the airport. Price to be confirmed at the time of booking. But at present, price is £20/50 levs from Bourgas to/from Elenite.

Distances
The ideally located complex is situated in the quiet beach area of Elenite. The Spa and Royal park hotels are approx 300m away, giving you easy access to there facilities, such as the Water Park, beach spa, the water sports, swimming pools, restaurants, bars, the silky sand beaches, evening entertainment and the water taxi.

Further details
St Vlas, our neighbouring village is only 5 minutes drive away and the famous Sunny Beach is only 10 minute drive. There is a taxi rank 100m from the complex. Further around the coast is the old town of Nessebar.
We can also provide travel cots, buggies and high chairs on request.
If you have a late flight, and arrive in the middle of the night, we can also provide you with a welcome pack, of a bottle of water, tea bags, coffee, fresh milk, sugar, fresh bread, butter a bottle of wine and beers, on request.
