Changeover day
Any changeover day is permissible however if the week occupies two different season tariffs it will be charged at the higher rate.
You may take occupancy of the apartment from 3pm on the day you arrive and vacate the apartment no later than 11am.

Coast/Beach
Our apartment is 400m, 10 mins walk, from the beach. It is the largest beach in Bulgaria with white sand and is 8 mile long and 30m wide. There are a vast array of watersports on offer.
Travel
Bourgas airport: 20 minute transfer by taxi or bus.
Varna airport: 60 minute transfer by taxi or bus.
Car hire is available from both aitrports with most major car hire companies.
We can assist with airport transfers if required.
Distances
Nessebar, a UNESCO World Heritage site is a few kilometres from the apartment. There are numerous bars and restaurants. Within a few minutes walk is a waterpark and a second waterpark is a 10 minute free bus ride away.
Booking notes
Prices are for the apartment/week. Payment is by crossed cheque only, payable to 'J Wilkes'. A deposit of £100/week is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.
Cancellation charges:
The deposit is non refundable.
Cancellation within 6 weeks of the holiday: the full payment is non refundable. If however we are able to re-let your week we will return your payment (including deposit) in full
