2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury penthouse apartment with a large balcony which offers breath taking panoramic sea views. A small private beach is accessible via a stone path at the end of the swimming pool, literally a 100 yard walk. From the privet beach you will be able to access the brand new Marina. Our Apartment is packed with everything you could possibly need. Our Kitchen has a large fridge freezer, cooking hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard throughout and is fully air conditioned. We have Satellite TV, PC with free unlimited broadband, hi/fi, DVD player, etc. St Vlas town center is a 10-15 minute walk from the complex and there is a regular shuttle bus to Sunny Beach which takes about 10 minutes.

All areas in and around the complex are landscaped and well maintained.
Shared pool has a number of sun loungers that are free to use. Pool also has a separate small children’s area.
Coast/Beach
Privet Beach, 100 yards from the swimming pool.
Marina, 100 yards from the swimming pool.
Sunny Beach, is under 10 minutes drive from apparent.
Both beaches run water sports activities, and have numerous parasols and sun loungers (chargeable).
Travel
Bourgas Airport, 35 minutes.
Varna Airport, 45min - 1hr depending on traffic.
It is 50 Lev to Bourgas Airport by Taxi.
Distances
5-10 minutes drive from Sunny Beach by Taxi/Shuttle Bus.
St Vlas is 10-15 minute walk.
Further details
Local shuttle bus available to Sunny Beach which is available from in front of the apartment and costs 2-3 lev per person.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. From the moment we walked in we were completely taken aback by the view. It really is indescribable. The accommodation was of a very high standard, providing everything we would expect from a holiday apartment and more!
The amenities on site were second to none. We ate breakfast each morning in the restaurant, overlooking the black sea. The site also ran a bus service into Sunny Beach and Nessebar. (For a small charge) This helped to make our holiday hassle free and inexpensive. There were also plenty of sun beds to go around so we never had any problems relaxing by the pool.

We found the location of the apartment allowed us to get the best of both worlds as we were within close distance to Sunny Beach for the nightlife but far enough away from the noise to relax on the balcony.
We also found that the resort allowed our spending money to go further than expected!
