This complex has 4 restaurants, swimming pool, games room, tennis court, there are 3 golf courses within a 10 min drive - 2 designed by Gary Player and 1 by Ian Woosnam. You have the fantastic botanical gardens to visit this is only a 5 min walk from the complex. There are boats to hire. A diving centre is only a short drive away in Albena, where you will find a fantasic beach/water sports and an aqua-park. If you love history then there is plenty, Cape Kaliakria, the Stone forest, Aladzha Monastery. You can take day trips to Romania or Turkey. If you enjoy birdwatching then this area offers a fantastic base to watch a variety of species as they migrate.

Wonderful balcony on 5th floor with fantastic views, we can accommodate 3 people, those with small children please be aware of balcony. We also provide a fold away cot.

Coast/Beach
There are 2 beaches within a 5 min walk (1 is quite small) the larger beaches are only a 5 min taxi/car journey, these are at Albena where you will find the best beaches in Bulgaria, if you prefer privacy you can take small boats to the many secluded beaches in the area. watersports in the summer are excellent and you will find everything, paragliding, jetskiing, boat hire and more.
Golf
BALCHIK is set to become an exclusive destination for golfers.
with 3 ''signature'' Links courses within 10 km. 2 have been designed by Gary Player and the other by Ian Woosnam, their completion/opening may vary, but all 3 will be open for 2008. The golf season here is April-October.
Special interest holidays
BIRDWATCHING, Very popular with birdwatchers from around the world, our apartment will make a great base for visiting the salt lakes/marshes, Cape Kaliakria nature reserve and much more as many different species migrate. Sighting could include; white storks, pelicans, curlew sandpipers, black stork, lesser spotted, booted and short-toed eagles, red footed falcon, and much more, info on request including professional guides we use for 1-3 day birding trips.

DIVING. The Blacksea Coast offers fantastic diving opportunities, especially from Varna to Kaliakria, with numerous wreck sites but also about 40km North of Varna just off the coast at a depth of about 10 Metres, you will find an ancient Roman Port, we have teamed up with a couple of Diving schools to offer a variety of activities from novice (one-day tuition) to more experienced divers looking for a few day's diving.
Travel
Varna is only 42km and the journey from Varna airport takes about 35 mins.Transfers from the airport can be arranged or you can hire a car at the airport .There is also
a bureau at the complex (also in town) but we have found that with day trips/excursions available and inexpensive taxi's
you really don't need a car. you may wish to hire a car for 1-2 days in Balchik. we have a fantastic local driver (peter) he will collect you from the airport and is available on request.

Further details
There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance
great food well priced. There are plenty of shops/convenience
stores nearby, you will also find Banks/Bureau de Change in town along with a post office and a small museum.
Booking notes
A non-refundable £50 deposit will secure the apartment for your choosen dates. Remainder to be paid 6 weeks prior to your departure date. Payments can only be accepted by cheque at the present time. A security deposit of £50 will be added to cover breakages/damage this is fully refundable after
our agent has inspected the property.
Transfers from airport can be arranged.
