Two brand new penthouse apartment suites in the same complex located on the Black Sea coast at the southern end of Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, close to the historic village of Nessebar. Blue Marine is a purpose-built penthouse holiday apartment complex, boasting an enviable position just a 75m walk from the resorts’ 8km stretch of clean, white sandy beach which as been awarded the blue flag award being among the best beaches in Europe. Also nearby, the sand-dune nature reserve and is close to many wonderful varied bars and restaurants. They both have breathtaking panoramic views. The sunrise and sunsets are spectacular and the air is clear. In addition, there are 2 communal pools (1 specifically for very young children and sunbathing). Around the adjacent pool is the bar restaurant. The beach is accessed though the preserved sand dunes onto a gently sloping beach leading to the warm sea. Clear and shallow, the tide-less, calm sea is not salty and perfect for young children.

Notes on accommodation
Prices include a weekly linen and towel change (for stays of 2 weeks or more). Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged on request at £15 per one bedroom apartment.
To maintain the apartments to a high standard in the interests of all our customers we have a non-smoking policy. We can also sleep further occupants within our other apartments in the same complex, on request. Wheelchair Friendly having ground floor ramps, lifts and stairs available.
Accessibility
There are ramps on the ground floor and a lifts to both apartments. All on-site facilities are at ground floor level. Regular mini-train running between Nessebar and Sunny Beach. Stops are ideally situated and run frequently.
Outside
Both apartments boast very spacious penthouse double balconys, accessed from the dining areas via large balcony doors, with 2 chairs, 2 sun loungers, table, and clothes drying rack.

75m walk from blue flag awarded Sunny Beach. Tideless and clear sea, this is an ideal beach for children.

Sailing, wind-surfing, jet-skiing, paragliding, tennis, mini-golf, cycling, bowling, fishing, microlite, boating, and horse riding. There is also the excellent Deep Blue 2 PADI certified diving centre in the resort, offering a full range of courses for adults and children.
Travel
25 mins from Bourgas airport, transfers can be arranged upon request. Regular mini-train running between Nessebar and Sunny Beach. Stops are ideally situated and run frequently.
Distances
Sunny Beach Central and Nessabar and marina are local, 10 minutes walk and in opposite directions. Aquaparks are also nearby and about 5 minutes travel by free bus.
Further details
Sunny Beach is situated 40 km to the North of Bourgas and 95 km to the South of Varna. It is only minutes walking to Nessebar - the old historical town, which is under the UNESCO protection.
Sunny Beach is the biggest and most rapidly developing tourism resort on the Black Sea coast. It lies in a semi-circular bay and is famous with its clean 8 km long beach line covered with golden sand and natural dunes. The beach has been awarded the "Blue Flag Award" and slopes gently into shallow water and is an ideal playground for children and adults alike.
The climate is mild and the resort boasts 1700 hours of sunshine from May to October, with an average daily temperature in summer of 27-29 degrees Centigrade around July and August. The sea is calm, there are no tides, sea temperature is about 25-26 degrees Centigrade and crystal clear throughout the summer.
In Sunny Beach and surrounding areas there are many beautiful parks where you can enjoy your holiday time at leisure inside the resort and the dunes are covered with rare floral species.
There are boat trips or take a ride in a horse and carriage.
In contrast, the night in Sunny Beach is lively so save some energy after sundown and have some fun in the discos, pubs, night-clubs, casino or maybe visit a variety show.
Sunny Beach is also home to the largest Aqua Park in Bulgaria and is located in the western part of Sunny Beach. The park offers water attractions for all tastes and ages and benefits from thirteen water attractions, several cocktail bars and restaurants. There are three special children's areas - the toddler’s pool, the children's pool and the water castle.
Sunny Beach boasts miles and miles of glorious white sandy beaches, forested mountains and sun-drenched vineyards. Bulgaria's Black Sea Coast has attracted visitors from Eastern Europe, Greece and Turkey for decades. Ancient towns and rustic villages, monasteries and ruins, mountains, forests and many other attractions within easy reach.

We request an additional £100 per apartment upon reservation and this will be reimbursed once you return from your stay and our agent's apartment checks are complete and confirmed satisfactory. In the interest of maintaining a high standard of service, once reservations have been confirmed, apartment charges cannot be refunded. We can also sleep further occupants within our other apartments on the same complex.
