The apartment with balcony is on the first floor in a secure development overlooking the artificial river out towards the private beach. A place where you can spend your time sunbathing, swimming in the crystal sea waters away from the busy town of sunny beach with pine forest mountain backdrop. The hotel next door has just opened an Aqua Park which is open to public. The children will love to spend their time in the pool and the artificial river next to the restaurant and bar. The complex has children playground, two restaurants, cafe, a food center, Irish pub, shopping center, 3 swimming pools and the Aqua attraction will provide you with high emotions. A fitness club, sauna, tennis court, football, beauty and medical centres will keep you fit. Access to Sunny Beach can be via a taxi always outside the complex gates and is only a 10 minute drive. The apartment has a large balcony with table and 4 chairs. The apartment is large having approximately 70sqm of living space.
