The large kitchen/dining room is well equipped. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with door leading to a terrace and a bathroom. A marble staircase leads to the first floor with four more contemporary style bedrooms. The master bedroom has a terrace and an.en suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms have en suite shower rooms. Living area and master bedroom are air conditioned. The villa is south facing and is surrounded by neat terracing with sun loungers and terrace furniture.

Coast/Beach
Nessebar Gardens is 3km from the resort of Sunny Beach, this is the largest resort with widest strip of white sandy beach on the black sea coast. It is a blue flag beach with a gently sloping sand bottom. A paradise for those that want to be entertained lots of water sports including water skiing, jet skiing, parasailng. There is also mini golf, tennis, horse riding. go-karting, paint balling and trampolines. There are several aqua parks in Sunny Beach.
Travel
Nearest airport Bourgas is 35km away and approx 20 min by taxi. Varna airport is 95 km away and approx 1hr 30 mins by taxi/car. Car hire is recommended.

5mins car ride to Sunny Beach.
Nessebar a stunning ancient town which offers cultural and historical architecture not to be found elsewhere, approx 10mins by car.Trips to historic and scenic spots throughout Bulgaria and internationally (for example Istanbul is approx 1hr 30mins by train) can be arranged through local travel services.

There are shops, supermarkets and banks in Sunny
beach.
Sunny Beach boasts a number of bars and restaurants catering for every taste. Dinner for two can cost as little as £10 with wine, the local Bulgarian wine is very good.
