The apartment is located on Comet Bay in Mandurah. The white, sandy beach is protected from the prevailing winds making it a great beach for swimming and long walks. The apartment is part of the Seashells Resort offering, heated wet edge pool & hot tub plus a Tennis Court and Alfresco BBq facilities. Shops, Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema, banks, post office etc are all available within walking distance in Mandurah Central. It is 1 hour drive from Perth and historical Fremantle. Mandurah is well know for its dolphins and outdoor lifestyle and water activities such as fishing, crabbing, sailing and boating. Located on the Indian Ocean, there are extensive waterways estuaries and canals to explore. Undercover parking is available, but not essential as there are regular buses and trains to Perth, Fremantle and beyond.

The Resorts facilities are accessible for wheel chair users. Ensuite 2 a large shower allowing for easy use and a shower chair is available on request. Assist rails fitted in ensuite 2. The resort has a lift.

A shared, heated infinity edge pool and hot tub, overlook the Indian Ocean. There is also a BBQ and alfresco are for use by guests and the apartment has its own private balcony with 4 seater outdoor dining setting, also with amazing ocean views. The resort has a Tennis Court and secure undercover parking.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is located directly adjoining Comet Bay, part of the Indian Ocean. The white, sandy beach is protected from the prevailing winds making it perfect for swimming and long walks.
It is also 400m from the internationally renowned Mandurah Marina.
Just walk across to the beach, you dont even need to cross a road.

MEADOW SPRINGS GOLF COURSE - 5 minutes Drive with fairways lined by 200 year old Tuart trees.

About the owner
Hi there. My Husband Rob, and I have owned and operated our beautiful apartment for 5 years now. We do try to stay there occasionally, but like most people, we are busy with our family and careers, so it is a treat for us to stay there.
We have a great deal of local and state wide knowledge and are happy to assist with travel plans whilst you are visiting. We try to accommodate our guests individual needs and are on call to assist wherever we can.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We purchased this property because of the magnificent location and views. The beach is sheltered from the winds, making it perfect for swimming and long leisurely walks.
Public transport can take you to the cities of Fremantle or Perth and there are Coach tours to the beautiful wine regions of Margaret River. Hire cars are readily available.
Being located at the beach, with canals and estuaries close by, water activities are easily accessible. We love fishing, boating, swimming and, relaxing all of which are available.
Tour boat operators offer tours to view the renown dolphins in the area. This is a must when visiting Mandurah.

Being located in a 4.5 star resort, offers you all the amentities of a heated pool and hot tub, tennis court and shaded alfresco BBQ area. The resort is directly on the beach so you leave the apartment and 2 minutes later you can be dipping your feet in the pool or diving into the ocean. The restaurants and shops conveniently located close by, and a short walk will take you into central Mandurah town where there are banks, post offices, supermarkets etc.
