Accessibility
Wheelchair friendly access, the ground floor of this property was constructed by the builder for his wife who had mobility problems. The entire ground floor has no steps from the entrance to the waterside. The ground floor master suite has double opening doors and an open plan bathroom.

10 minutes walk to local river beaches, or 10 minutes drive to some of Australia's most famous surfing beaches. Alternatively you can boat to local beaches. 15 minutes drive to Noosa North Shore 40 mile beach (4WD only).

Brisbane 150km, Sunshine Coast 30km, to access the full range of nearby attractions we recommend a car.

Eumundi, famous market (Saturday and Wednesday) 15 minutes. Hinterland towns of Cooroy and Pomona 20 minutes, Mary River valley towns and national parks 45 minutes. Gympie goldfields 60 minutes. Australia Zoo 60 minutes. World Heritage listed Fraser Island 90 minutes.
