Living Rooms: 3 separate sitting areas 2 with TV's one 42" Plasma home theatre, DVD, VHS and one large screen reflector, DVD, VHS, both have cable and satellite. Dining area seats 10.
Study serves as 6th occasional bedroom has two double futons and own shower room.
Other: Huge marble atrium with indoor garden and palms.
Indoor pool room with dressing/powder room/toilet.
Remote controlled gates to private courtyard parking for 4 vehicles and 3 car lock up garage.
Canal front first floor verandah with outdoor seating.

Wheelchair friendly access, the ground floor of this property was constructed by the builder for his wife who had mobility problems. The entire ground floor has no steps from the entrance to the waterside.
