This two bedroom, two bathroom air-conditioned apartment is located on Queensland's famous sunshine coast approximately 1.5 hours from Brisbane airport and 15 minutes from Sunshine Airport. Coolum has a long sandy ocean beach with designated areas for both lifeguard patrolled swimming and surfing. The town centre has a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and boutique shops as well as local amenities such as banks/ATMs and a supermarket. There is a range of attractions within the local area including the Glass House Mountains, the Australia Zoo and several high quality golf courses.
The apartment is part of a small managed complex with a 25m lap pool, spa and children's swimming area. In addition lift access and parking spaces for two cars are provided. The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen, open plan living area, family room with sofa bed, ensuite master bedroom, second twin bedroom and balconies providing views over the pool area and ocean.

5 minute walk to the beach.
Golf
There are several excellent golf courses in the area with Mount Coolum and the Hyatt Coolum Beach Championship course within 5 minutes drive. There is also a very good par 3 course within 20 minutes drive for enthusiatic beginners. Hire equipment is available from most courses as well as high quality food in botanical garden type settings.
Travel
Approximately 1.5 hour drive north of Brisbane airport and 15 minutes drive from Coolum Sunshine Airport.
Distances
5 minutes walk to the town centre of Coolum Beach.
Numerous shopping centres within a 20 minute drive.
1.5 hours to Brisbane by car or alternatively rail transport is available from Nambour.
15 minute drive to Noosa.
A range of zoos, tourist attractions, hiking/walking tracks and boat cruises in the Queensland everglades all within 30 minutes drive.

Bike and surf board hire available as well as surf lessons from the Coolum Beach surf club.
