Price for the property is per day in Australian Dollars. 5 days minimum stay preferred. In December and January 2 weeks minimum stay preferred.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible
Arrivals after 2pm. Departures by 10am preferred.

Towels and linen are provided. As the price suggest guests are asked to leave the flat clean and tidy. Vacuum cleaner and all cleaning essentials are provided. No cleaning during occupation, this can be arranged upon request at an extra cost. |

Travel
Sydney International and Domestic Airport is a 30 minutes direct trip from our train station. Public transport is easily accessible. A weekly “My Multi” ticket price is less than $7.00/day which provide unlimited travel on trains, all private and government bus services and government ferry services. Car hire is recommended to access Sydney beaches and National Parks.1.5 hour drive to the Blue Mountains and 2.5 hours to Canberra. Australian Map GPS available if needed.

Booking notes
$ 250 booking deposit must be paid within 5 days of booking, which automatically converts to a security deposit after arrival.
The $250 security deposit is against loss/damage, above and beyond the rental cost and this will be refunded after vacation of the property.
Cancellation: if you need to cancel more than 4 weeks before the arrival date than I will return your $250 booking deposit in full. Less than 4 weeks cancellation no refund.
The full rent must be paid at the commencement of stay
