Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday, although this can be flexible depending on other bookings. Check-in time is after 3pm check-out is by 10am (negotiable depending on other bookings).

The property has a lovely terrace with water views. The outside area is equipped with gas BBQ, dining furniture and sun lounger.
Coast/Beach
The local beach is a 5 minute drive away with access to miles of white sandy beaches. In addition there are various river and inlet swimming areas all within minutes by car and walking.
Golf
5 minutes drive to the local golf course. A truly authentic course complete with kangaroos. A new championship golf course will be open in 2009.
Travel
Sydney Airport is a 2.5 hour drive north. Public transport is very limited so car hire is recommended. Canberra Airport is a 3.5 hour drive inland.

Beautiful Jervis Bay is a 0.5 hour drive.
Ulladulla Harbour is a 0.5 hour drive.
Historic Berry is 1 hour drive.
Kangaroo Valley is 1.5 hour drive.
Melbourne 6 hour drive.
Canberra 3.5 hour drive.
Sydney 2.5 hour drive.
Further details
Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cinema are all in the locality. Well situated for exploring wild national parks, deep sea fishing trips, whale watching expeditions & visiting local vineyards. Or just lazing on white sandy beaches and swimming in crystal clear blue seas.
Booking notes
30% reservation fee is required to secure a booking. The balance of payment must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival. A $300 security deposit must be paid against loss/damage, this will be refunded after vacation of the property. If cancellation is necessary 8 weeks or less before arrival, the 30% reservation fee will not be refunded.
